(This review only reflects dine-in service. I'd give their carryout pizza a 5) I used to come here at least once a month with my Dad. (We ate at one of four restaurants each week and Larosa's was in that rotation.) The last two visits were very disappointing. On one, I ordered lasagna. It tasted nothing like lasagna I'd had there before. Manager came by and asked how our food was and I told her the lasagna was awful. She told me they had a new recipe and asked what I didn't like. I told her the meat had the texture and taste (lack of) of boiled meat. It wasn't browned at all. Truly atrocious, imo. She took it away and brought me spaghetti, which tasted fine. For my last visit, I ordered spaghetti w/meat sauce. The noodles were inedible. Very gummy, like they were not fresh and coated in the starch shed from a huge batch made hours (or days?) before. Our server asked how everything tasted and I told her my spaghetti was inedible. She laughed and said they had a new cook that didn't know how to cook spaghetti noodles. WTH? Anyway, she made sure he boiled a new batch and they were perfect. I will add this was about 6 months ago, so perhaps the original lasagna recipe is back (?) and someone knows how to cook spaghetti by now... I will give this place another try. I loved it every...
Read moreThe last two times I’ve come there has been hair in my pizza, the first time I kindly told the manager and he was very apologetic and remade the pizza and gave my friends and I complimentary sodas. Today the second time there was a hair in my pizza I told the female manager, I asked for a refund and to remake my pizza. She declined and said she could do either or, then she tried to explain to me how it was not a hair when it clearly was. I am a fan of La Rosa’s pizza but the customer service on behalf of the female manager was very, very poor. She had an attitude when she addressed me about the hair which is extremely unprofessional when your establishment provides food that has consistently had hair. Although cashiers...

I get back over here and by then they were closed when I decide to eat again gave me a whole different sandwich that I did not order they gave me kind of a sub hoagie so in the morning I’m gonna be calling them and give them a earful that I want refunded because I...
