Mio's Pizzeria Pub — Restaurant in Cincinnati

While the food is excellent here I have several issues about the place. First things first the WiFi here NEVER works right. They always tell me "it works fine for us" but it never works right on my phone, laptop, or my Ipad. I have told them three times they need to get it fixed and it never happens. No more busines lunches for my clients here!

I have come here at night on a few occasions but will never do this again and here is why. I park in the rear parking lot behind the outside deck and for some unknown reason I alwas see people hiding UNDERNEATH the deck where the grease dumpster is. This is nasty, creepy, and downright dangerous. Its really dark underneath there and should have lights installed. When I do see them they are drinking alcohol and sometimes smoking marijuana. I dont think they are customers but the business needs to do something about the issue. I dont feel safe.

I also see one of the employees here is usually drunk. He isnt wearing anything to identify himself as an employee but I see him work behind the bar often. I cant say he was "on the clock" at the time when I see him drunk but for a regular that comes in often it looks...

Just ordered a four cheese pizza from this location. When I received my pizza there was no sauce on it (See picture below)... So I called back and spoke to whom I believe is a manager, Taylor was her name I think. After I explained the situation she then told me that the four cheese pizza did not come with sauce. I resisted but she ensured that it did not come with pizza sauce. So I ended the phone call and looked up the menu witch has their location on it... And no where on the description of the pizza does it say "No sauce". So I called back and spoke to the same lady again and told her what I found on the menu. Instead of offering me a new pizza or my money back she said " Oh well our menu says it doesn't come with pizza sauce in the restaurant" again after I resist again she continued to make it seem like it was my fault for not knowing what the menu says in the restaurant when I am at my house ordering. So now I have wasted my money on a pizza with no sauce because who eats a pizza with out pizza sauce...? I have Been going here for years but the other reviews about spotty service are...

Ordered a plain cheese pizza. Waited for about 30 minutes and the waitress brought us a pepperoni pizza. We let her know that it was not right and she took the pizza and didn’t come back for about another 10 minutes (she was just over talking to other staff by the bar) she let us know that they had to remake a pizza and that it was going to take about 25 minutes but that we were free to leave. We decided to wait because everything else was already closed and we had a long drive home. The waitress came over and asked if we wanted it put into a box “to go” (it was minutes away from closing by this time). We didn’t want to eat in the car. She brought the pizza which was just okay. My husband had to get up and ask someone else for a refill on tea because the waitress was MIA…again. Never offered anything for us to eat while we waited for an hour, never offered any discount,!we hardly got any service. Staff just basically treated us like we were annoying them. Hilariously bad service. Basic pizza. Absolutely not worth going...
