Bad just bad food ... any other location...2018 last time I ordered from this location mushroom pizza... mushy raw dough almost like they put untrained mushrooms on it... but how do you undercooked a 1 topping pepperoni... its now may 1st 2022 over 3 years later Hey they have NY style Crust... wife said they can't be bad 3 years later...UH YEAH THEY ARE...pizza Crust not NY style just the normal stuff and burnt... since burnt they couldn't cut all the way through. Had to get out my pizza cutter just to find out burnt... then there's the Parmigian Crusted PAPADIA... VERY Burnt so Parmigian is burnt and bitter... very few toppings inside as well... Basicly if BAD PIZZA IS YOUR JAM have at it but this was terrible. LoL I can literally lift the whole pizza like cardboard and it not fall apart cause it's burnt and uncut LoL I noticed the pepperocini was dried out and took a comparison pic to one's from my fridge... because it's so dried out hard and leathery ..... they must have drained all the juices and let peppers sit out... inedible ... lmao I'm not even gonna Out of everything only the garlic butter is edible with a good expiration date... Seriously I checked because if they prep ingredients like pepperocini this badly... what if garlic butter is bad too... But nope everything done badly...except for a prepackaged garlic butter 😆.... can't even food prep pepperocini's... Explains the burnt food, wrong Crust, and uncut... The reason the Crust and cheese is so burnt... messy build of pizza... Don't get sauce on exposed crust...it BURNS... but hey NY Crust is what I wanted but didn't get... Cheese BURN spots... don't spread cheese around attop sauce... it covers cheese in sauce spots that BURN and taste like burnt sauce and cheese... Sprinkle cheese on don't dump and scatter... Clean your pans better.... old oil in pans burns pizza crust... Basically.... Retrain people on food preparation.... its bad .... and that's the managers responsibility to keep up quality... so 3 years later still bad ... 2 years prior it was bad too... This location has made bad food since...

I ordered one cheese pizza and one pepperoni pizza for a get together I was having last night. Once I made it home I realized that I had one beef pizza and one pepperoni. I called and the girl who answered admitted that she clicked beef instead of cheese. She offered to give me a credit or send over a new cheese pizza, because I had people over still hungry I agreed for her to send over a new one. I confirmed my phone number twice. An hour later I still didn't have a pizza so I called and a man answered saying he tried to deliver the pizza but the FBI answered when he attempted to call. (Who answers the phone and says they are the FBI, anyway? Not a likely story). So I said it's too late to get the pizza delivered now I will just take the credit. He passed the phone off to his manager which was the girl I spoke to the first time she was quite rude and said "well are you going to give me the right number now or what?" Honestly, it was the weirdest experience I have ever had and I doubt they even tried to redeliver the pizza. Anyway, SO bizarre and I will definitely not be ordering from Papa John's ever again, lol. Well at least not...

Placed a delivery order was told it would take 45 min? (Used my debit card)? An hour and 30 mins went by? Cause of course I work in a nursing facility? So we're very busy at the beginning of our shift? That was the whole point of delivery? I called to see what happened to my order after noticing the time? Mind you order already paid for? (DEBIT CARD PURCHASE)? the man I spoke to on the phone question if I got my food? I'm like I wouldn't be calling if I had my food? No phone call or nothing! So I decided to go up and deliver the pizza myself?🤷🏾‍♀️enter the establishment? No apologies,no discount or anything? We will never order from this place again! It's not like they have A-1 pizza...
