Starbucks — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Took 30 minutes to get an iced tea blended. There were two girls in front of me. When I said what I wanted, I then explained it, saying I just wanted the tea and ice and sweetener put in the blender and the girl said she had no idea how to do that. Then out of nowhere two other employees showed up (where had they been? There were about five people in line behind me) and I had to walk the guy through how to make my tea. None of them seemed to know they had tea.... Worst Starbucks out there. The workers don’t show up to open the shop, the customer service is horrid, whatever you do, don’t do a mobile order. Chances are they will refuse to give you your drink even if you have it up on the app, and very very high probability they won’t be there for the store to open but it still lets you order ahead. Stay away. I’ve had to get my money back several times due to them not being open or refusing to give me my drink even though I showed them that the order went through. Well I wanted some coffee and I was in Krogers and so I went on over there to Starbucks and I order a cup of coffee and a donut and it was my first time ever having their coffee and now I see why everybody be in line for it if you forgot your own case your own flavor to it I was looking at the menu and there was so many different flavors but I just stuck to something that I might know about plane you know the first time I went so I just got the plain coffee heavy cream and sugar and a donut and I was very impressed it's got their own flavor which...
