It was obvious the drive thru gal was new. She had to repeat my order 3 times, and each time it was wrong. That wasn't the issue though. When I got to the window, it turns out she still inputted my order wrong, and I was missing my hash browns. The manager, Isabel (I think was her name), handled it horribly. I wasn't even upset at the worker, but I was frustrated because it took about 10 minutes more for her to get her manager bcz she didn't know what to do. I felt like she should have just packed the hash brown rather than holding up the line, but ok...she's new. So Isabel finally comes, and the first thing she says is, "Did you read the screen when she took your order to make sure it was right?" insinuating it's my fault. I said, "the screen showed the right sandwich names and drinks, and after repeating COMBO 3 times, I wasn't aware of how the screen should read...does it say combo?!?". She then charged me the dollar something for the hash brown, and made me pull foward and wait another 10 minutes for it. The line was long... Which my mom and I thought was weird because no fast food place has ever said this to us. Or jack in the box for the past five years I’ve lived in this area. When we finally reached the window after waiting behind another car for about three minutes. The lady at the window proceeded to roll her eyes and ask if we could back up and pull forward again even tho we were already super close to the window. She handed us our drinks and food very fast. No smile. No hello. Very monotone again. I’m a manager at Wendy’s and let me say this would never stand at my work. I don’t always expect people who work for fast food to be entirely nice. But damn she was super rude and just seemed like she wanted us to leave even though there was no one behind us. So I’ll take my business a little farther and go somewhere...

Says nothing just walks away My sourdough burger was cold and cheese was not melted, bacon small tiny piece was uncooked , daughters tacos were very overcooked, and the last straw was my granddaughters “sourdough grilled cheese” was one side sourdough the other side was a dried out hamburger bun, and the sandwich was hard and cold. COME ON PEOPLE, paying this much for fast food you could at least get it right and have good customer service. Oh and no ice as well!
