Great Battery, Great Price, Sales Personal, fair. I called Friday to verify that the batteries I wanted were in stock. I was told yes. I responded that I'd be in on Sunday to pick them up. They were closed on Sunday. The salesperson neglected to tell me that they would be closed Sunday because of Easter. I went back Monday to get the batteries. They were in stock and I completed my on-line purchase. I brought two cores so I could avoid the core charge. I forgot to ask and the salesperson neglected to tell me that there was a rebate for these batteries. I called Tuesday to get information about the rebate. The salesperson confirmed that yes, she had the forms there at the register. Another trip, number three, to the store. When I got the form, it very clearly states that, 1, the form is available on-line, and 2, the submission if faster if done on-line. When I got home I started looking at my receipt. I had been charged for the batteries and the core charges, then tax was calculated on this total. Then I was given a second transaction to refund the core charges. Sounds good, right? Not quite. I had been charged tax on the core charge but not refunded the tax on the core refund transaction. I thought, o boy, another trip to get this straightened out.. NO. The manager looked over my transactions during a phone call and he simply refunded the tax to the credit card. BRAVO !!!! He saved the day and this review. Now you could say this was my fault. I should have known that they would be closed Easter Sunday, I should have asked for the rebate form, I should have asked if I could download the form from the internet, and I should have noticed the tax problem at the time of the sale. But I lay the blame on the salesgirl. It's her JOB to know these things. Thank goodness the manager had the common sense to complete the deal with having me make another trip to the store. Again, great battery,...

We brought it to uBreakiFix on Sunrise and they said it needed a new screen ...they put it on and the LED was wonky.... we went back they put another screen on and it was still wonky ...and we brought it back and after bad experience with owner was told it needed a new motherboard and they refused to work in it and reluctantly refunded the cost, and the owner louis was extremely rude.
We brought it to batteries and bulbs and matt put a new screen on in 2 minutes and the phone work perfect!!!
I was additionally impressed because they were able to explain the technology and why it wasn't a motherboard issue Etc also I had a motorola droid turbo that ruined by ubreakifix and when I asked them if they had any suggestions on whether the phone could be fixed they looked at it and again we're very informed and were able to quickly determine that the phone was taking off taking apart the wrong way instead of removing the back as is the protocol they remove the front of the screen which broke the clips that hold the phone together making it are repairable....
Update 9/26/18 my son sat on his iPhone 5 today and although it wasn't anything covered by warranty he brought it back and the same guys remember him and or really kind and fixes phone for him and only charged him the $20 for the part not for the labor or time. And they were super busy at the time and they still did it within about 15 minutes.

Also they're competively priced on car batteries.. I have sent several people to them and they've always had great service... batteries for...
Read moreI have had an issue with my phone since the end of last year. Basically, on my Samsung S7 edge, the display started going out and there was an ever growing pink vertical line taking over my display. I looked up forums about this and apparently a batch of defective phones went out and I was the lucky individual to get such a phone. Now samsung said we will replace this phone for you but only within a year of purchase. Only... mine occurred at about a year and a half. So that was no longer an option. I have AT&T, and even have on insurance on the phone. But that means I would have to pay over $200 only to get another phone. And not just another phone, a refurbished phone with potentially other problems. I love my phone. And being that the display issue is the only problem with it, ATT no longer became an option. I go to Geek Squad at Best Buy thinking they may be able to help me. They couldn't help because I didn't purchase a plan with best buy. This is understandable. So instead they referred me to Batteries Plus. I went to the one in Citrus Heights. I really wish there were more than 5 stars to give them. Not only were they courteous and kind, they empathized with my situation and did everything in their power to fix my phone as quickly as possible. The phone is fixed, my screen is beautiful and perfect. And the best part is I got to keep my phone! If I have any future problems with any phones, I will not hesitate to take it there. I am so happy! Thanks guys, the amount of stress this phone was causing me is now gone. John, Dominick and Ali,...
