I'm a regular customer at this establishment and today had to be the worst experience so I had to share. I'll most likely be calling corporate as well because this was absolutely unacceptable. Upon walking in...most of the time I get a warm greeting. Today the girl was too busy to even welcome me into the store... immediate I knew this was going to be interesting. About 2 mins later she says I'll be right with you... still I waited almost 5 minutes to be served. Because I'm a regular...I order the same thing I don't deviate. The girl asks me if I want a drink for my combo?! That's when I asked...?! Are you new?! Because all combos come with a drink. After my order was placed...I noticed her getting lots of orders done...but not mine. Finally she asked if I want a classic or spicy breast when I ordered spicy and it's on her screen...she then tells me 5 mins. She pours a reg lemonade I ordered a frozen. Finally one of the regular girls that works there seen that I was there...and began to fix the problems the " manager" didn't fix with her poor time management skills. 30 mins later...I leave with a huge bag of food...most I probably won't eat. It's a nice gesture...but food doesn't make up for horrible customer service. That girl should be fired. As you walk in the counter was dirty and had greasy finger prints...most of the tables were dirty...the food areas that are seen were also not wiped off or cleaned in a timely manner...due to the amount of crumbs that were seen. This is the best Popeyes in Citrus Heights... because it just opened, not that long ago. The customer service has to tighten up BIG TIME. Get it together 💪🏾 y'all

Drove thru today and it was just like every other Popeye's: spot on customer service, fast and fresh orders but most critically the food. It is the same mind-blowing deliciousness I had a month ago back in Virginia 3000 miles away. 1st visit so we'll see. Well done Popeye's we are stoked to have you! You reiterated, or placed an order online, or called it in ahead. No matter what they WILL get your order wrong. I've worked in fast food, the entire order with special instructions is displayed on a monitor, it is a simple checklist of preparing the items and placing them in the bag and doing a final check to ensure the order is right. However this popeyes simply CANT. Never once have I ever been to this popeyes and gotten my order both warm and correct. It is always one or the other, or most of the time, neither. This is the worst. I can't stand it anymore. I was the only customer inside the building and there was a single one in the drive thru. 2 orders is too many for this establishment to manage.
