As a DoorDash driver, I’ve picked up from countless restaurants, but Jersey Mike’s has been consistently the worst experience when it comes to order readiness. Every single time I arrive to pick up a delivery, the order is nowhere near ready—even when I show up 10–15 minutes after the promised pickup time. I’ve waited over 20 minutes just standing there, while other restaurants in the same plaza have orders ready instantly.
The staff often seems unbothered or unaware that people’s livelihoods depend on efficiency. I’ve seen other Dashers cancel orders here out of frustration, and I’ve done the same more than once. It’s clear that Jersey Mike’s doesn’t take delivery partnerships seriously, and it’s costing them—not just in late deliveries, but in overall customer satisfaction.
This location (and honestly, many others too) shows a complete lack of respect for time, both for the customer waiting at home and for the drivers stuck wasting theirs. If you care about fast service or reliability, I strongly suggest ordering from literally anywhere else.

Read moreThis one worker I didn't catch his name but he had a beard with glasses middle aged man handling the sandwiches that was very very rude to all customers…. Even the other workers felt uncomfortable working with him and his rude remarks, the other 2 workers were very friendly and frowned on him. my family and I simply walked into the jersey mikes and he would roll his eyes every time we asked for something on our sandwiches and he said “mayo or mustard” and I replied “can I have it mikes way please” he replied in a very stern rude voice “ i said mayo or mustard” and he said at the end of making my sandwich and thing else and i said can i have relish please and he rolled his eyes and said in a rude voice once again “anything else” overall a very rude worker and he did this to the other customers in the shop as well.

Read moreWorst customer service experience you can imagine.. they originally mess up my order the week before I asked specifically did you put the right food in the bag.. I'm assured yes. I get home and have a sandwiche missing. I call and they tell me all I have to do is go back with the name and the phone number and they will have a credit for me and an apology. I go there yesterday they tell me they can't find my receipt in a stack that's about 2 in thick of messed up orders. Guy is surprised on how many messed up orders they had he then tells me I have to speak to the manager manager which looks over to me blank is all can be. I decided just to pay for a new sandwich and probably will never get my money back. Thank you so much as I will never walk into this Jersey Mike's ever again. FYI.. don't order online...
