McDonald's — Restaurant in Citrus Park

Not usually a complainer check all my post for ref. But tonight it seems like the staff was a little off every body is allowed to have a bad day. The person handing out the food at the 2nd window arround midnight was not too familiar with his position, handed me half my order and said OK I had too look at my order and replied we're is my double quarter pounder with bacon? He replied it's not in the bag? At disbelief that I would be asking? And the he asked the young lady about it she handed him a bag and then he asked? Did you get your fries witch 🧙‍♀️ I asked my 11 year old daughter if there was any fries in the bag she replied yes so I replied yes and he Reached into the bag and removed my other set of Fries out of the new bag with my double bacon 🥓 Quater pounder with cheese 🧀 i immediately replied hey leave those fries in there and he was like I already gave you 🍟 fries so I said okay, drove off and started eating my daughter's fries and she goes Dad eat your own fries as im driving South Dale Mabry past gun hwy / linebaugh then I realized those fries he removed from My Double Quarter Pounder with cheese were My fries. I had to double back past the Patel Mansion and get my fries. And then this individual very tall person made the comment to the other staff that they forgot my fries when it was him that did Trusted his staff to had my order somewhat Right and he was the one that removed my Fries, as I sat there and waited for an apology it seems he was eager to dismiss me as if I was bothering him or in his way somehow. I will never order from this McDonald's ever again! I really can't say that the food is bad but my experience with the staff keeps me away. I have the McDonald's app on my phone and everytime I have tried to use the discounts on the app they treat me like I'm committing fraud! The first time I had a app coupon, the app needed there internet and it was taking to long so I had to step back and let the next person place there order. When I got it to work I took a screenshot of it and the lady would not expect it. So I tried again, and she told me she is going to go back to cleaning. finally I got it to work again and showed her but after all that I walked out and went to to Burger King(Yes I called her a crazy lady). The last time, I was in the drive-thru watching a car cut in line, this McDonald's has two lines the second line was closed so the line was long and I waited 20 minutes just to place my order. When I finally was able to place my order, I had another coupon on my phone and I told them what the information was but they still charged me the full price and made a smart comment after me asking what the price is after the discount.They said until I get through the drive-thru they will not change the price so I drove off. after that I went to Burger King right down the street told them I had a coupon code on my phone they honored it automatically discounted it before I even show them the app on my phone! When I got through the Burger Kings drive-thru window, I showed them the app and the lady on the other side said you're good have a great day....

By far the worst experience I have EVER HAD AT MCDONALD ON 7/2/2024. At around 7:30-8:30pm, I saw the manager on duty literally talking extremely loudly with others completely fooling around HAVING A COMPLETE PARTY while people were waiting for their orders for over 10 minutes! The way this manager was talking out loud was completely unacceptable for children or anyone eating inside to hear; Speaking horribly to her coworkers and customers, not to mention they were repeatedly banging on doors while we were eating inside; causing my two little ones to be very scared! A man walked into the lobby from the drive-thru expressing his frustration while they completely ignored him and refused to give him his meal that he paid for. While this was happening, the manager was verbally disrespectful to a customer in front of my family while we were trying to enjoy our meal! Cursing in front of my children or anyone while you are a manager is completely DISRESPECTFUL! Thanks to an elderly lady (Cuban) working the shift, he was able to get his order; I WILL NEVER COME BACK OR WOULD NEVER BRING ANY KIDS TO THIS PLACE! I hope you all recognize this elderly lady to be a huge blessing today. She controlled the entire situation, professionally. I felt terrible for her, and truthfully, was concerned about her safety after how her manager/coworker was speaking to her!
