Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Florida

I got to the Dale Mabrey location around 7:15am this morning and it was slow for a normal wait stuff but since the young lady was running the drive thru and the front counter plus she was in the back when I and 2 other people came in. After waiting a few minutes they politely said knock knock is anyone home? She then came from the back. She was pleasant and let them know she would be right with them. There were people at the drive thru waiting as well. A few minutes later a young man came up to assist her. The restaurant looked like it wasn’t cleaned well the night before because the drink station was very dusty with food particles. And carpet needed vacuuming being that it was only open 2 hours it shouldn’t have been that dirty. Tables were clean though. With many years of Resturant work I can easily recognize these issues. This was the first time I’ve ever walked through the doors of this eatery and not a good first experience. If Panera’s was nearby any other occasion I would choose them first hands down. The reason I gave the 3 stars was because my bagel was good and my strawberry banana smoothie was excellent along with the professional friendly staff. Also I thought the selection options were good to. So with that being said I think a few important adjustment would easily make this location 5 stars. I hope Vance Carlton Vice President sees this review because he know me and my character to that I would give an honest review. I'm a fan of the Chain, just not this location. As a former manager for Einsteins I'm very disappointed in how poorly run this store has been on the different occasions my family and I have dealt with them. I visited via drive thru during the morning rush so I expected a line, however a 30 min line to order is well below any standard. Once we got to the window it was apparent they were severely short staffed........appeared to have two people on staff. One taking orders for both the inside and drive thru and one making orders for both. I'm a believer that you treat everyone with respect no matter the circumstances so I said nothing in regards to how they were operating. I ordered a lox and bagel. I asked for my bagel toasted, I asked for onion chive cream cheese, and I asked for extra lox (2 pieces). From all other Einsteins, the to-go order for lox and bagel comes in a flat box so it is served open face just as it should be in the restaurant. I was handed my order wrapped like a sandwich, so I opened it immediately thinking it was the wrong order. It was in fact "my" lox and bagel, however, the bagel was not toasted, it had plain cream cheese, and it did not have the full order of the extra lox that I paid for. The young man working the window (taking) orders immediately corrected the lack of the extra lox, but I did not want to hold the line any longer than needed so I did not ask for the order to be remade the way I asked for it nor did I ask for the proper packaging. I've just resolved that this would be my last visit to this particular location. Coffee is good and so was the food, got the pesto chicken on a potato bun while my daughter got the green chili club. Despite that, our experience wasn't great. The older gentlemen that was working with an older blonde woman were rude to us. Because our appearance and height we look slightly younger than we are, so they treated us both like children even though I'm an adult with a 17 year old daughter. It was both rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning to this location because of this, my experience was uncomfortable. After getting what we ordered, we sat down and the older woman kept staring at us. My daughter and I decided to move to a different seat seeing my daughter has high anxiety, so this was bothering her.. The woman still continued to watch us. It was to the point we rushed to eat our food so that we could get out of this unwelcoming environment. For this being our first time here, they didn't even give us a chance to look over the menu or anything. Even though no one was in line behind us or was waiting before us, we felt rushed.
