Five Guys — Restaurant in City of Albany

Just finished picking up dinner on opening day of the new Five Guys location at 900 Central Ave! This used to be a Bruegger's Bagels back in the day and the place looks a million times better than it ever did! Everything is so spatially set up with plenty of room to move, even though there are alot of booths and especially tables set up.

Everyone seemed to be busy prepping the food and handling pickup orders, including mine.

The food itself was absolutely fresh and hot. I didn't have much of a lunch, being at the race track all day, but boy did I do it here. Delicious bacon cheeseburgers with HUGE beef patties with all the fixings your heart could desire. Got a large fries that were prepped when I got there to have them be the freshest possible. Then to top it off, a delicious milkshake to wash it all down...in a word...divine🤤 Great first opening...

They'll drain the grease from your burger patties directly on your bread and wrap it in foil leaving your bread the soggiest and inedible they literally suck like who can't make burgers ? Who in their right mind doesn't think to press the patties free of grease before applying to bread it isn't...
