Food was cold, once nugget was jiggly because it was so poorly fried, the batter on the nuggets was wet and soft. Then, I was confused about the price that I had paid because I got 2 of the 2 for $3.50's plus 2 drinks and it came to $15 which I was confused about. I asked the boy at the pick up window (African American, Afro, and very skinny) for clarification on the receipt and in response he says "Well I don't have your total sooo.." I said "oh, ok" He proceeds to hand me my food, I try handing him the receipt explaining I got 2 of the 2 for $3.50's and 2 drinks and was charged $15.00 he then drops his hand, rolls his eyes, SUCKS HIS TEETH and calls out, "UGH, JEFF!..." I'm assuming calling for a supervisor or manager. As a previous District Manager of a fast food company myself.. this was very disheartening to experience. Not only did he not take 2 seconds to hear me out.. his body language and tone was very rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. "Hmm.. I'm not positive. Let me see if I can get a manager to help me with that." Was really all that needed to be said by him.. but instead, he decided to treat me like I am the reason his life is not going well.
Customer Service is required to work at food chains, if you're employees don't have it, get rid of them. Because I the girl who took my payment was sweet as can be. Shake the tree and get rid of employees at the window that are customer facing and hurting your business.

Read moreSo this McDonald's location I've utilized many many times and I've come to the belief that it might just be the slowest McDonald's anywhere... consistently. I always order via the app and pickup in drive-thru. Expect to wait at the speaker and then at least 20 minutes from notifying them of the mobile order number to getting your food. In the time between expect multiple instances of confusion. Like at the payment window, trying to get you to pay again when you ordered on the app. You will then get asked again for everything you just told them to make sure you shouldn't have to pay. Then when you get to the pick-up window, guess what....you have to do it again. I mean complete confusion consistently with every visit. You'd think that for waiting 20 minutes you are getting hot fresh just made food.... wrong. I do see a lot of standing while staring at phones as I'm parked in line (literally my car is in park), see the attached photos. Maybe that is part of the problem, but really it's management issues since it's constantly like this. I would avoid this location at all costs and head to the Western Ave one five minutes away. Think of what you could do with an 15 extra minutes...
Read moreSo tonight, Heath and I stop into the McDonald's at Crossgates Commons...BAD IDEA!!!!! Two ladies in front of us, of which one orders 2 cheeseburgers with nothing on them.... she gets everything on it, she returns them and waits over 6 minutes for 2 new ones. Now our order; Heath had ordered large fries and gets medium... the clerk wants to see the receipt to prove it! We sit down to eat. Our fries are dark brown and crispy. After the fries I go to eat my double quarter pounder with cheese. I open it, take a bite and realize there is Big Mac sauce on it. I go to the counter and bring it to the attention of 1 of the clerk's. She wants to see the receipt. I tell her I want my money back... her VERY stupid answer to me was... ya ready???? You took a bite out of it!!!!!! I said how did you think I realized there was big mac sauce on it??? I get the money back for the sandwich and for the 1st time in my life, I left our table garbage right on the table!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me this is not the end!!!! That "kid" had the audacity to think I should not get my money back!!! Wait until tomorrow; my fingers will...
