Subway — Restaurant in City of Auburn

1st time stopping at this Subway. I received my food in a timely manner & the cashier was polite. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was the staff members that seemed quite flustered that there was a line, and said out loud “well of course they all start coming in at once...” it made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them by stopping for lunch along with the others in line. I was on a short lunch break and they were right around the corner so I thought it would work out. Overall positive experience regarding the actual food, but not terrific...

This Subway on Grant Ave is usually good, we stopped in a few nights ago and it was terrible. The sub roll was not cooked all the way. We watched the server put the subs in the toaster and they were not toasted very well. I called back and she told me she could not talk to me right now she had a line of customers. Tell me how I order a #12 to have it delivered and they ALWAYS forget the guacamole. It's literally the first ingredient listed and it's obviously in the photo..............i spend good hard earned money for you guys to basically steal from me, charge me more for something I don't receive. It would be fine if it was only once but this is absurd. Save your money and go to Jersey Mike's or Wegmans. At least for the 20$ you get what...
