McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Batavia

Consistently terrible service. My wife and I work close by with late hours, so we frequently have to get food between 9p-10p.. this doesn't leave us many options, so despite the terrible service, we often have to have to come to McDonald's for dinner. Over the past two weeks we've experienced the following: serving us cold fries. (Like not even a semblance of warmth, and this was before I even left the parking lot) trying to give us a soda that was 3/4 full. And then refusing to fill the drink to the full amount before giving it to me. missing multiple items out of the order, and acting as though we had never ordered the items despite having a receipt showing that we had paid for them. taking over 40 minutes to fulfill a carry out order.. with 2 phone calls into the store, and finally me going into the store to collect my food. finally tonight: sitting at the drive thru and being told "just one moment" to get my order. And then watching not one, but two people pulling up to the other drive thru spot after me, and having their orders taken before me... And then when I confronted the person taking my order, not even getting a "sorry".

I feel like I've given this store more than enough second chances.... And as I'm writing this, I'm still sitting at the window waiting for my food whole watching 2 employees inside standing and talking to each other while not making food. I've literally written this entire thing while watching them chat.

Took them 4 tries to make me a double hamburger with extra pickles. For whatever reason the sofa kings that work here, hear the word double, and immediately assume cheese. Tried ordering it 3 different ways.Order Double hamburger with extra pickle, get a double with cheese. Order a Double cheeseburger with NO CHEESE and extra pickle. Get a double with cheese. Order a regular hamburger, add an extra beef patty and extra pickles. Get a double with cheese. Well covid makes it so that you cannot go inside, so this is 4 trips through the drive through lane. 25 min of my day, and by the time I get a double hamburger with extra pickle, all the rest of the food is cold. Nice, finally got my double hamburg, now I get to enjoy it with cold fries and a melted shake. I only go here once a month a a guilty pleasure. That is over now. My BF and I ordered from Door dash the day before and our order was really, really wrong. Ordered 2 Cheeseburgers with no pickle but they didn't get any cheese and the pickle remained. They were even wrapped in the yellow CHEESEburger wrapper and still no cheese. I can forgive the pickle but no cheese on the CHEESEBURGER, come'on! And we also ordered 2 10 piece nug with 1 ranch 2 sweet and sour sauces. We only received 1 10 piece with 3 sweet and sour and no ranch. My BF called them because A.) we're paying more for DoorDash and we didn't have a car that day so we couldn't just run down and grab the missing and/or correct items. We were starving and upset.
