This Tim Hortons is awful!! I ordered my meal and everything was fine with that. I was told my total was $10.95. Okay cool. Then, I drive to the pick up window and waited for a while. Finally, Sally, who seemed to be the manager, opened the window and told me $11 and some change… I was told a different total, I paid the total that Sally told me and was frustrated about it. Sally was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant and said “well, she didn’t charge you for the whip cream.” Then I was trying to tell Sally that it was frustrating to be told two different totals. SHE IGNORED ME!! She had no eye contact during the whole interaction and she was on a phone!!! If she is a manager this is not how managers should be treating customers, especially with a frustration. At the very least she should be a team member. This is appalling and unacceptable! I am a manager and I would have just given the guest the whip cream, especially since the guest was already told a total. There is food variance for that specific reason. Thank you. Read moreI wouldn't normally review a fast food chain because my expectations are low and get lower with every subsequent experience. However, l've had two experiences at this Tim Horton's that make me think something special and worth reviewing is happening there. On one visit, my son didn't know the name of the donut he wanted, so he described what he wanted. The person helping us said that they didn't have what he was describing but she would make it for him. Sure enough, he was handed a fresh donut matching his description precisely. I was really surprised that they would go beyond just saying "Sorry, we don't have that" to concoct a custom donut. More recently, I went through the drive through and had a pretty normal experience, but the woman at the window was just so friendly that I felt it was worth remarking upon. I feel like most places you get an "I don't want to be here and I don't want you to be here" feeling at the drive through. It was really refreshing to be greeted...
Read moreThe drive thru is set up very odd. The turn is to tight for my van. They're was no one else in line so I drove up to the window directly, explained the situation, tried to place an order and was turned away because of whatever reason. The guy was pretty rude tbh but told me i had to come inside or he couldn't help me. In all the years I have driven large vehicles this had never been s problem. I was kind and polite but he met that with rudeness and indignant attitude. I circled around, parked and went in to get the coffee. He could have either just rang it in quick and accommodate me or if not that at least been polite. The coffee was whack and incorrect after all that aggravation any way. I'll not be going back too...
