Subway — Restaurant in City of Frankenmuth

Absolutely horrible. We went in about an hour ago for one sandwich untoasted with just meat for my son. The guy said "I'll be right with you" as he proceeded to slowly make three toasted footlong subs. Waited patiently for a while then after 6 or 7 mins I acknowledged he was working on a doordash and asked if he could make this one sub quickly. He waved at the ticket with no words and continued working ignoring us. Absolutely insane. As a gm of a restaurant I know how to juggle orders and in person orders. Will not be returning to this Subway and we just moved here and order weekly. Shame...

I have never been more disappointed in a Subway, a subway employee or a subway owner in all my life. My family eats at a lot of Subways, and this was my first time in this one since they have remodeled it. I could not believe the behavior or the lady who was working. She was beyond rude. Very bad. Walked in and the guy was on his phone sitting down behind the counter and they didn't greet us at all very slow and sloppy with making the subs. The girl that was working she seemed bothered because we asked for fresh lettuce because the lettuce that was in the bin looked old and nasty so we asked if we can get new lettuce and I guess she didn't like that just a vibe was off just poor service.
