Adding 3 years later: WORSE then listing below. Google shows they are open 7am but I was told at drive thru this morning 10/13/24 That they don't serve Breakfast!!! REALLY??? WHY?
Response from 3 years ago told me to DM them on Twitter "so they could tell the owner..." WHY do I need to put more effort on another platform. Pitiful at EVERY LEVEL. I am DONE with ALL Taco Bell - everywhere...
From 2021: Food was hot and food items were accurate... "this time". First to clarify, I am a local resident who is not a lunch diner, but a dinner time diner from time to time. Perhaps several weeks between orders. As is true for all fast food drive-thrus in Frankenmuth.
The drive thru person at about 6pm tonight was diligent to ask how many sauces I wanted. I requested 4 mild and one hot sauce. . I get home (about 1.7 miles) and find NO SAUCES in the order. That changes the flavor for everybody doesn't it!
I called the restaurant to complain to a manager. No answer after 9 rings - likely all due to COVID19. This is the THIRD-TIME-IN-A-ROW that there has been a blunder to the order. One time, missing food ordered and paid for and the other time was like this - no sauce. One of those times there was one drink and they forgot the straw too. Sloppiness that gets incredibly frustrating when eating in a car.
There was no long line tonight either. I pulled in to order with nobody in front of me. One car was pulling away from pick up as I rounded the corner to do the same.
This location needs a lot more training on attention to detail. That is all the have to worry about! I appreciate Covid makes challenges for them and all others. But this is the WORST Frankenmuth fat-food location when it comes to accuracy - for a long time now.
Last Fall I asked for 4 or 5 mild sauces and when I got home there wee 23 of them in the bag! Really?? #higherfoodcost Makes me think the staff are playing games with guests.
I encourage all visitors of this Frankenmuth location to STAY at the window after your food is delivered and refuse to drive forward to inspect your entire order before you leave. If enough of us do this, perhaps they will be motivated to get orders accurate. I will always inspect at the window from now on here. But it won't be...
Read moreSo weâre not average fast food visitors, but sometimes a cheesy roll-up sounds good. We ordered 12 cheesy roll-ups with jalapeño sauce, and they ended up being wrapped up tortilla shells with shrapnels of cheese and sauce. We tried calling to avoid going back, but no one answered after calling at least 4 times and the phone ringing the full amount. We went back through the drive-through and they refused to give us our money back because we didnât have the full cheese wraps to give back to them. We took bites out of all of them to see if any were good, so obviously we didnât have the full roll-ups, but the bag had all of the tortilla shrapnels- which was the majority of what we were given in the first place. They took back the bag, looked through what was in there, slammed the window for the entire team to laugh at us and the manager said âSorry honey, we usually donât give money back unless we have the full order.â We wouldnât normally be this frustrated over cheesy roll-ups, but the customer service and food was condescending and disappointing. Weâre locals and will not go back until things start to change. We get better service at just about anywhere else. This Taco Bell is a huge disappointment for the quality Frankenmuth stands for. I will be calling Taco Bell headquarters so that hopefully they will give accurate training on food preparation and especially...
Read more*update 4/16 Lady at drivethru tried making me feel bad about hitting submit as I pulled up (we had literally just decided to eat there) and went on about the "whole point of mobile pick up. Blah blah blah." After her speech, they proceeded to MESS up the order. Isnt that part of mobile too? To limit screw ups on their end? They put shredded steak on what was supposed to be a vegetarian spicy ranch burrito. Didnt realize until I swallowed (as I tore into it.) I usually check so shame on me. They RUINED my 15 YEARS of not eating meat! I felt so awful after realizing it that I went straight home and puked! That may have been more psychological but this isnt the first time theyve put meat on my clearly labeled VEGETARIAN items! I just usually check right at the window but was in a rush to go home. I half suspect she did that on purpose because she was upset at having to wait 20 seconds for it to appear...which is still LESS time than an undecided customer at the ordering board. Shame on her and shame on tbell for allowing this location to be so POORLY managed! They offered to replace it for next time and took my name but whats the point if they will just screw it up again?
They really go chinsy on the food amounts. Employees are generally indifferent but never rude. Bay city tbells do a...
