I am absolutely disgusted with this place. The associat was completely incompetent. We spent a total of 7 hours 2 separate days to get new phones and them activated. The manager was contacted several times for help as well as verizon themselves. We then receive our bill that has increased over $500 a month.Yes you are reading this correctly. DO NOT GO HERE!!! You will regret it. We were so lied to and deceived. I did however have one associat helping me(Jocelyn )that was pretty great. She attempted to fix what a mess the other guy made. I am absolutely floored they can accept this level of incompetencen while having a direct line to people's finances. This is partially my fault. We had a couple others customers come into complain while we were there and I still trusted them. I had a strong feeling we would be the next unhappy customer. I like to give people the benefits of doubt so I let the guy continue. By the time our phones could finally be activated I was so peeved off I just needed to leave. Read moreElyse, the manager of the store, helped us get our new phones. She put them back in their boxes so we could take them home to transfer our information ourselves. Upon arriving home, I noticed a huge scratch in my screen. I attempted to call for three days (including that same night) and nobody would answer the phone. I returned today and was told there’s nothing they can do, she “didn’t see the scratch when I took it out of the box so if it happened in the box it’s not my fault.” After being told “no,” when I asked for the regional manager’s number, we attempted to call Verizon. They tried to contact her and were also told “no” about the regional manager’s contact information. HORRIBLE customer service and absolutely NO respect. Come to find out, the store is actually Wireless Zone (but they have a Verizon sign on the building). Sketchy and horrible service. Stay away and go elsewhere for anything. I wouldn’t even buy a charger there. Verizon needs to be aware about the lack of care their “subsidiary” is giving their customers. Close...

I went there one day to update my phone and the poor girl that was there was new and didn't really know how to do it but told us no one else showed up that morning. After 3 and 1/2 hours the other girl walked in and 15 minutes after that another girl walked in. So after waiting that long I had to go and come back another day. My son and I went to update our phones there two days later. The girl gave us our phones in a bag as we had to transfer our own data at home. My son was going to do it the next day when he got home from work and upon opening the box saw one phone had a scratch. We tried to call several times with no answer and finally had a day off two days later and was told it wasn't their fault it must have happened in the box. After call Verizon we found out they are only a Verizon resale store and don't have any of the same rules or regulations Verizon has. Don't go there if you want to get...
