Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in City of Frankenmuth

OK first off I get we are human but when you service people if you are having a bad day , or bad moment take a step back , I stopped in to order bread sticks and sauce , the young girl who rung me up was rude, first off nobody was at the register and there was a line up behind me and so I nicely said Hello 👋 😉 we all were Patiently waiting, Well out comes this young girl with a smug look on her face didn't hardly say 2 words but as she did it was not in a nice way, I told her Thank you after she gave me my Breadsticks and sauce AND SHE just look at me with a Attitude and didn't say A word , the customer behind me even knew she was rude . Listen we all have bad days BUT you can't take it out on customers, sorry but if I see that person is there again , if I come in and go thru this again I will be saying something.... this was this past Friday at 6:40ish p.m. I stopped in. I don't want any one introuble I just want companies to make sure your staff is ok and understand to be respectful to customers and if they need a moment give them a moment to calm down, before waiting on customers.......

Had to find something quick for dinner. Went in to one girl standing in the corner and the other didn't look pleased she had to do anything. I ordered a smokehouse, a hot an ready, and some Italian cheese bread with sauce. To which I was told snippy "they're over there!". This girls hands were not gloved, she had oversized fingernails and her hands were crusted with dough, why were her HANDS dirty and WHY was she not wearing gloves??????? Why were her hands not washed?? Not a good look for the company.... When I returned home to feed my family, we opened to find the smokehouse all burnt on top and the hot an ready extremely dry and thin. The cheese bread surprisingly, was fine. If I had time to go anywhere else, I would have! We will NOT be returning to this location. Birch Run is a bit farther, but at least they know how to treat people and how to stay clean. I called on a Tuesday night at 10 minutes to 9. Ask the staff member if they had any medium pizzas on sale. He abruptly said, we don't have medium pizzas, and then never said anything else. They were obviously not interested in asking any other questions. Whether I would like a small, a large or an extra large. So I stop the call. I live locally and will not go back to this restaurant.
