We had such a fantastic experience at the Hudson Diner! The food was absolutely stellar—the burger was incredibly tasty, the fries were perfect, the coleslaw was great, and the Greek salad was delicious. Our kids loved every bite, and the carrot cake was the perfect ending to our meal.

What makes this place even more special is that we’ve been visiting this location for about a decade, and we’re thrilled to see the diner restored to its former glory. The ambiance is perfect with those classic booths and that old-school, no-fuss feel. Everything is just right, and they’ve managed to keep the prices reasonable, which makes it a welcoming spot for regular visits.

The service was super friendly and fast too. They dealt well with a packed Saturday night dinner rush.

Unimaginably delicious! Had steak tartar for the first time and the texture-the flavors-so amazing. The fries are perfect. We had the mozzarella sticks and salad. Great portions. Quality food and meat. The tuna melt was delicious. And the desert was absolutely to die for! Butterscotch sheet cake-omg moist soft fresh and the frosting was incredible. Big portion and had the rainbow sherbet on the side! The best. Too 5 best desserts I’ve ever had -so nostalgic. Everything is done to perfection here. Really fun vibe.
