Extremely awful experience. I have been a patient here for many years and I have to wait 1 hour + Every Single Time. It doesn’t matter if I have appointment or not, I have to wait extremely long to see the doctor. I don’t know the order they let the patient in, but I don’t think it’s ok for someone who had appointment 30 minutes later than me actually got out of the office sooner than me. If the patient is late for their appointment more than 15 minutes you can’t let them in, but why as a patient, i’m on time but i need to wait for the provider for more than an hour every time? We all have our schedule but why the doctor doesn’t respect their patient but requests the patient to respect their schedule all the time? No apology from anyone in the office and they look like they don’t give a shxt. As a pcp’s office, if you don’t have enough providers, then you don’t the capability like the specialist to double book your appointment. 0 star - Stay away from Dr. Ding Lei unless you want to be taken advantage of! I originally went to Dr. Ding for help with a sleeping problem. Instead of exploring treatment options with me, she just simply prescribed an antidepressant. Now the old antidepressant prescription is causing issues with renewing my insurance, as they suspect I have depression, which is not the case. I had to fight to even get an appointment with Dr. Ding for her to clarify the situation with my insurance. And then she had the nerve to charge me a ridiculously high $150 fee for a simple clarification letter about a problem SHE caused in the first place with her sloppy prescribing! Dr. Ding does not have her patients' best interests in mind. She just wants to milk you dry with exorbitant hidden fees at every turn. Two years ago Dr. Ding Lei prescribed me a medicine called Tenofovir which has serious side effects for kidney and bone density. There is another medicine Vemlidy which has much less side effects . But she still prescribed me Tenovir . I didn't even know about this medicine Vemlidy until two years later. I have taken the wrong medicine Tenofovir for more than TWO YEARS ! What an irresponsible and unprofessional doctor! I will definitely sue her if there is any kidney or bone density disease that is verified to be related to being prescribed wrong medicine.
