Nothing Nowhere — Restaurant in City of Ithaca

Not sure what the other poster went through (frustrating to feel unwelcome for sure!), but we stopped here for coffee for the first time today and it was AMAZING. The barista was charming, helpful, and suggested a drink that we never would have tried off the menu. When I went with my old standby (a Cortada- hard to get in Ithaca), he went ahead and made a sample of one of his recommendstions. It blew my mind. I’m not a coffee connoisseur by any means, but I am from the Pacific Northwest and thought good coffee was a thing of the past went I moved east. Today, I was proved wrong. Loyal customer starting today. Best coffee in Ithaca, hands down. Lattes were full of nuanced flavor, not sickly sweet or syrupy, everything was beautiful to look at and memorable to drink. You walk into Home Green Home and are immediately surrounded by plants, the scent of freshly brewed coffee, and the rays of positivity that are Caleb, Kate, Brendan, and Denise. You will not only have the best coffee you ever had (ask for the secret menu), you will also have one of the best experiences in a coffee shop ever. The four mentioned above, truly care about all their customers and the experience that they have in their shop. Every single drink, baked good, and even the cups are also locally sourced.
