Chic's — Restaurant in City of Kingston

Very nice place. Hidden away in Kingston Shopping Plaza. They are a bar and a restaurant. They are family friendly on the restaurant half, with high chairs available for little ones. They have a pool table also. Place was clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Food was served quickly, hot, and delicious. I came for the karaoke nights on Fridays and it's usually a great time, but I don't think the bar is a very safe place at this point. A man on drugs was racing up and down the bar and grabbing people one night, and the next night I went there was a huge fight and a gun was pulled.

There was a bartender there who was racist towards Asians. I visited around 10pm last night.(10.23.2023.) She said she couldn't give me alcohol because it was closed. I asked if business hours were until 11 o'clock. She said sometimes closes early. But there were three white people there and talking together.
