I've been patronizing this business for decades and had just received two Turkey subz today with about a quarter of the amount of meat that Terri's normally put on a sub. Although of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the sandwich was a pale representation of what it used to be. Very sad to see the quality going down. I'll try it out one more time, as I'd like to believe that I am a loyal longtime customer. Hopefully someone was having a bad day and made a subpar sub. The worst part was, the 2nd sub was for a person who is has never eaten there before and I was completely embarrassed on the quality of this $10 dollar sub. Needless to say, I don't believe they'll be going there anytime soon.

What's there to say the sandwich was decent wasn't the best the meat I had roast beef could use some seasoning on the meat when it's being cooked. $10.25 for a roast beef sandwich. Which the sandwich wasn't even that big to begin with for $10.25 I would have paid for a sub for $10.25 Would not go out of my way to eat here. Way over priced for just a sandwich. I mean Hey if you don't mind paying large prices for just a sandwich and you like flavorless meat. By all means get a sandwich from here but from my opinion the sandwich was not worth the money I paid for. Remember I have fun with what you're doing and keep it real cause you know I do with each and ever review. Thank you The real deal.

No frills but the deli counter delivers! Get the roast beef sandwich on a hard roll $6.49! The use house made roast beef (not deli meat) shaved super thin. Iceberg lettuce, tomato, and horseradish sauce on a hard roll (they call hard but i would call it crusty) really fantastic. They also bake cookies fresh — they sell them at the counter for 50 cents. Love it!

First time at Terri's. Okay - I ordered online, maybe that was a mistake, but they have an option to order online so I did. I got the roast beef sandwich, and added a few things. Immediately got an update on a time frame it would be ready. Upon walking in, there's kind of an old school vibe, I could tell by the dusty quarts of oil to be bought in the corner of the place. I get online - notice first thing, there's someone working you misheard a customer in front of me and brought out the wrong thing for them. I'm online for 5 minutes, no one checks in with me. People are ordering and getting sandwiches before anyone speaks to me. I see the same worker, presumably making my sandwich but he thought it was for someone else. So I think he ends up making another one. Just gets right up in my face, with " Is this for you? " Mind you the receipt is upside down. It's on the wrong bread, there's no lettuce (which the signature sandwich comes with), cannot even taste horseradish. I don't know what happened. Maybe I got the fluke - it happens. Maybe it was someone's first day, or bad day. I'll try it again at some point. But man, pretty bad service, and almost 30 minutes from order time, to make a 3...

Absolutely love this place. Been going there with my family for over 14 years. Great and Friendly staff, great food and a little bit of everything to offer. Why the 1 Star? I frequently purchase beer and cigarettes there because it is convenient. I’ll usually buy enough for the week. However today I was told that they had implemented a rule of only selling only TWO PACKS at a time?? “Why?” I asked. Without a response. There’s certainly no shortage. Hmmm..,

Yes I smoke, I don’t suggest it for others, but I do🤷🏻‍♂️

Well, I can buy what I need elsewhere, and I think I might just start doing that instead of having to make two stops.

Hopefully the business owners will read and respond to this.

Before this experience , Terry’s gets 5 stars all the way.

Second review!!! They have new hours. Close at 9:30. I went to deli and was told by the employee at that station at 8:55, that they were closing up! As I was inconveniencing her? And I got a sandwich. Roast beef and Swiss on a hard roll. $10???? This place is doing all...

Terri's Deli USED TO BE the "need it at the last minute" go-to place when you're short on something for dinner. You can pick up ingredients there or at the deli counter, assemble your entire meal there, soups too. They make great subs and sandwiches, etc, and have a variety of great side dishes. It's a tiny place that USED TO BE miraculously stocked with almost anything you could need. It's the kind of deli where you know the staff's names and they know yours, a friendly neighborhood deli. No slashed prices here, but it's not a big box store, so it's not expected. IT USED TO BE open until like 11pm, deli area open late too. Now, the shelves are so sparsely stocked it looks like they're closing, and the hours are being shortened to closing at 8 or 8:30 , deli even earlier. Very sad, as their previously huge inventory and late hours for last minute needs were what justified things being overpriced. Sadly, no more. Might as well go...
