Alfredo's Pizza — Restaurant in City of Mount Vernon

I grew up in MV. Every time we visit, my kids have to have Alfredo's pizza 🍕 EVERY SINGLE DAY that we are in NY. They have been extremely consistent in the quality of their product. I am proud to acknowledge them as the best in the area. The one area of improvement is when the lady answers the phone for take out orders, she does not mention the business name only says "hello." Possibly the best pizza in Mount Vernon. Wait time is more often than not minimal. It can get busy with after school hours seeing it’s close to many schools. Also , 4th Ave is kind of a go to Hub. I ordered 2 slices the other day, and I must honestly say their pizza isn't what it used to be, it tasted stale and the dough was thick & tough, plus I noticed when I buy a whole pie, the slices are much much SMALLER then when I get 1 or 2 slices, but I know what that is, saving on the dough!
