The Worst staff i have ever come across at a baskin Robbins, extremely RUDE ! We came in to buy an ice cream cake - they were busy giggling and acting clueless as if they didn’t know they sold cakes and then claimed they did not have anyone to write happy birthday on a $40 cake, after asking again they sent some girl to do it and also said they only had red frosting for writing no other color options ! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCTION ! It’s winter you should appreciate the business ! I Will never come too this location again !!! They don’t even deserve 1 star except that we like baskin Robbins ice...

I never had an issue with this location until today. I go in around 9:30pm, and i’m ordering i finish checking out and the worker walks off to make my drink, as i’m watching him the other worker behind him is dealing with the food, he drops the grabbers tongs and places it right back onto the cooking area. He had no hesitation to just place back and to proceed to use it. Very unsanitary and bold knowing how busy it was. Makes me horrified of what goes on...
