What happened to the service here? The older gentleman and his son, I believe, always went above and beyond to get your order correct and timely. I've been ordering from Grubhub mostly, in recent times, and it warmed my heart to see the owner or his son delivering the order on their own. For the first time, I went in today during lunch time. I was the first one in. I stood at the counter waiting to order a slice, when another customer came in and the guy behind the counter asked him what he wanted to order. The customer was kind enough to mention that I was there first and that I should order. I thanked him and I asked the guy behind the counter for a regular slice. He nodded then proceeded to ask the other customer and they chatted for a while. After they chatted they both looked and pointed at me speaking Spanish, and I gave them an eyebrow. It was strange. It started to get busier, and I noticed people after me started to get their slices. After 5 minutes, I asked another guy behind the counter if my slice was ready. And he said, "you want a slice?" and was ready to stick one in the oven. I asked, "you didn't put it in yet?" He said, "no." I then walked out. They saw me standing there waiting; off and on they would look at me and say words to each other. All the while kept serving others after me. The only thing the other customers had in common was that they all spoke Spanish. If they forgot what I ordered, they should've just asked instead of blatantly ignoring me.
This is my long-winded way of saying that I really miss the older gentleman...

Called back to establishment to inform them of their error and was told that the young woman whom took my order had made a mistake and placed order for a half sub. This was not what I ordered, but since I wasn't charged for a full sub, I could place another order for the other half. This just totally sucks., when I order clearly and concisely to the person on other end of phone, I expect my order to be correct. If the establishment chooses to use personnel to answer phones with very little command of english, then they are responsible for any/all errors made by that employee. Read moreThis was my favorite Place until I ordered a pie and my pizza came 2 hours after I placed the order and I still gave them a tip , I opened the box and all the cheese was on the box I called back to complain and ask for another pie and he told me because there’s no parking he’s not coming back so I kindly went back to get my money, then I get there with the pie in hand and he said what’s wrong with it I say do u see the cheese all on the box he says because he made it fresh and it was moving around in the car, I explained to him if you don’t box the pizza right out the ove amd let his pizza sit for a 2nd when u transport it the cheese will not run all over the box!
