Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in City of Niagara Falls

We've been here 4 times and safe to say we are done now. I was soooo excited to get a Moe's in my area but it's been nothing but a problem. First time we went was because a Moe's Hot Player for the sabres scored a goal - now, it does say any participating Moe's from Buffalo to Rochester on the promo, but when we asked if this was a participating location, the employee was so rude about it. He said, "yeah participating Moe's in buffalo to rochester. This is niagara falls. We are not buffalo or rochester." Lmao okay, thats fine that you dont participate, but dont be rude about it. Orchard park and amherst participate, and they're not buffalo either 😬 anyways whatever, next time we were there, all they were doing was complaining about the number of Uber eats and doordash orders. Loudly. Saying things like, can't these people cook at home? It made us feel uncomfortable. 3rd time, which was last week, we had a gift card. Employee couldn't figure out how to use the gift card. Eventually another employee took over and got it to work. 4th time, which was last night, our total was some odd number, let's say $29. Our gift card had $28 left on it. Employee kept insisting that the gift card was declining and the only way to have it work was to pay the difference in cash, first, to process the gift card. Well we didnt have any cash, so he was telling us that we couldn't use the gift card. Eventually he split off the drinks, had us pay for the food with our gift card and then we put the drinks on our debit card. Then the water pool in the dining room. As a lot of other reviewers are saying, they have a leak somewhere and there's a literal pool of water in the dining room on the floor. It smells awful. This really has to be taken care of. The other times we didnt see this so we thought they took care of it. An employee had to open the bottom of the drink area to get forks for another customer and the smell that came out from underneath it was foul. And yes folks, that's where your cutlery is being stored. Definitely done with...

I did not receive my order as the pickup counter did not have my mobile order at the pre-designated time. No staff was anywhere to be found, no one was behind the counter. A customer and I stood in line where we waited for a considerable length of time. The customer informed me a man popped out from the back at some point prior to my arrival and said "2 minutes" but that was quite some time ago. After more time passes, another customer sitting at a table comments to us the ridiculousness of the situation as there's no staff assisting us at all or even present in the store front.

The previously mentioned staff member again pops his head out from the back room, states "2 minutes.." and proceeds to walk away again...At this point I've waited well over a reasonable length of time for an order I preordered HOURS in advance and there was no customer service provided.

It's such a shame I was so excited for this...

This location is exceptional!!!! Brooke and Bre are just fantastic!!! The food is always fresh and delicious! I come for Moe’s Monday where you can get a burrito or a bowl for like 8.99! I love their salsa station where you can pick out the salsa and sauces that you want! They really take care of everyone so fast so you never wait in line long at all! They keep the entire restaurant extremely clean! I used to love chipotle more but now I’m a Moe’s man! I mean Moe’s queso is the best, even when I used to prefer chipotle, I liked Moe’s queso better. I always get the white meat chicken burrito bowl with a salad base. I also love how Moe’s always gives free chips and salsa with every entree!
