The person working the food counter was a wonderful young man, full of kindness and business etiquette.
The female working the counter for paying and getting shoes, complete opposite. Wanted nothing to do with customers, disappeared multiple times, rude, just awful to deal with.
We got there and waited 7 minutes for someone even to come to the counter. I understand understaffed stress so as she got there I was kind and tried to make her smile. She refused to speak much, grunted, rushed us, and was just awful to deal with. My 6 year old even asked me why she was so mad.
Fast forward to our games being done, my kids wanted to bowl more. Back to the counter I go and wait in line about 10 minutes with other people, no one at the counter to help. One person went to try and find her. Finally she came in from outside and immediately looked mad at the line.
She slowly came behind the counter area, and took her time getting over to us. I was third in line. Watching her with the first people, my other son looked at me and said "She's still really mad, let's go to Grandma's."
I won't be back here again with this kind of treatment/employee in place.
Understated? I get it! Do all you can at the fastest pace you can go, and be kind to the customers. Though you won't have as fast of an experience, people will generally understand. Act as if you hate the world and every customer is a burden and you will lose people. No wonder the were so many open lanes...
The people in line behind me when I was going to try to bowl more left right behind me. Walking out they asked us kindly where the lanes were in Fulton because they didn't want to do business with the person at this counter.

Read moreToday was suppose to be a day of laughing and having fun and making memories with my family. I was really disappointed with the staff. Every single staff member was absolutely miserable like we were an annoyance for being there. The lady cashing us out couldn’t even make eye contact with any of us while giving us our shoes. The biggest bummer was we paid 80 something dollars to bowl 3 games thinking she also charged us full price for two kids we couldn’t even bowl our last game. The ball return broke and wasn’t giving our balls back. Apparently today was the day for ball returns to break cause the one next to use was broken as well. Being left to sit there for 20 min until someone could get around to fixing it we decided to just leave. Returning the shoes again everyone ignored us. Didn’t want to talk to us or acknowledge us. We were planing on having a birthday party in a few months at your bowling ally but due to your lack of customer service prolly won’t...
Read moreExtremely bad experience. One in our party was a 7 year old that would have loved to use the bumper function but we were told that the bumpers don't work for half the lanes. If that much of your equipment is broken, get it fixed. The lane next to ours seemed to have working bumpers.
See below the picture of the rental shoes. It's a joke that they feel good about renting you shoes in this condition. The other picture represents what I saw when I was told by the employee that all the lanes were full. Although they don't take reservations, it seems like they had a lot of lanes reserved for the night (leagues). The guy treated me like I should have known.
I'll never return here to bowl. It doesn't seem like they want walk in business. Also be careful what they...
