The worst thing about this McDonald's is how rude the employees are. It's a very Spanish area and they make their hatred for white people abundantly clear. Most of them don't speak English, or if they do speak English, they speak it very poorly to the point where it's very difficult to understand them. I ordered two coffees, one vanilla, one plain. These were the only items I ordered in this particular visit, which I ordered through the drive-thru. They told me to go sit in one of the spots off to the side and they'll bring me the drinks. The kid that came out handed me one latte, he only brought one out. I said I ordered two, he rolled his eyes, didn't say anything and very angrily walked back to the restaurant as if it was my fault. He came back 10 minutes later with the second one, and said, "This plain," in a very agitated tone. Because the other latte was vanilla, he probably assumed I would complain or something because I'm white and that's just what white people do I guess? I don't know, he was very aggressive in body language and tone. Don't take it out on me because you hate your job, bro. I also can't help but wonder if I had been Latino/Latina if he'd have treated me the same way. This is hands down the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. On a separate occasion I ordered a cheeseburger which tasted like the grill had never been cleaned and the bun was stale. I don't know how this place stays...
Read morehorrible customer service. this morning i decided to have breakfast here. cashier just stares at me as im waiting for a friendly greeting. finally, after about 45 seconds awkward stares, i ask for the "big breakfast w/hotcakes", and a small orange juice. "Maria" rings up the order, and then stares at me again? i go to swipe my card and she says "no work cred gad, gash ole". when i ask why, she doesn't answer, then voids my order, then looks around me to summon the next customer. no apologies, nothing. i then ask for the manager ( while standing in the same spot) and she points and says something unintelligible. i decided to move to the side after about 2 mins, to allow others to order. but then i notice with at least 5 others (including those in the drive through) who were also paying by card, "Maria" didnt feel the need to warn customers of the machine failure before they placed their orders. i also suggested posting a sign on the door, but again ignored. needless to say, this created a lot of anger among other hungry patrons. i returned to the counter( after finding 5 dollars in my jacket) and ordered hotcakes and sausage for ~4.00. i then ask for the manager, and " Marias" employee number, but my requests were either mis understood, or just ignored. the entire staff here needs to...
Read moreMy visit to McDonald's left much to be desired. The initial impression was promising, as the restaurant had a fresh appearance with a well-maintained building, a convenient dual drive-thru setup, and impeccable landscaping. However, my experience went downhill from there.
When I placed my order for a number one large with a Coke, I thought I had been clear, speaking loudly and slowly. But to my surprise, I was asked if I wanted it to be a meal, which was puzzling because a "number one" is typically a meal. To make matters worse, I was then asked what drink I wanted, which seemed redundant. Payment was uneventful, and I proceeded to park.
The disappointment continued when I opened my meal. The fries had no salt, which led me to brave the pouring rain to obtain some salt packets. The fries were overcooked and lacking in flavor, which was a letdown.
Next, I tackled the Big Mac, only to find that the cheese wasn't even melted, and the burger was disappointingly cold. Given my limited 30-minute break, dealing with this subpar meal was frustrating.
In summary, while the restaurant's appearance and dual drive-thru system were impressive, the confusion during ordering, lack of salt on the fries, and the poor quality of the Big Mac left me thoroughly dissatisfied with my...
