I love the vibe and Iām so glad they opened up here in Peekskill! Just be warned that going in, they only have a percentage of menu items available, as theyāre still in the āsoft openingā phase. That includes not having the standard/plain tapioca pearls in-stock; they have flavored brown sugar pearls and the fruity-bursting ones. I totally understand a new business just gathering its legs. However, such resulted in me twice now opting for second-/third-choice drink options, and those were pretty good. However, perhaps not good enough to warrant the price (eg a medium iced matcha lattĆ© for like $7.50 + presumed tip & tax). Tasted like a standard matcha tea I couldāve prepared at home for a fraction of the cost. I shall keep being a patron here as I want you all to succeed. I hope to be able to update this review to 5 stars in the near future, when their full menu is available. Edit to include the physical punch card versus virtual rewards dual system is a bit confusingāI would opt for one or the other, perhaps not both. Also, when I asked about tapioca pearls, the barista seemed to think I had never had bubble tea before, and tried directing me to the flavored (maple & honey) brown sugar pearls (the only ones available). She questioned if I even liked the consistency of tapioca pearls as Iām not a fan of the fruity boba pearls due to their āburstingā consistencyāI prefer the chewy sweetness of the tapioca pearls. As a high schooler in Manhattan back in the day, getting bubble tea was a daily ritual. I know my ideal orderājasmine green with tapioca pearls, lightly to not sweetened. This option wasnāt available here, and I shouldnāt have felt like I was asking for something outlandish.
Second edit: returned and requested a jasmine green tea with plain boba and was told the latter wasnāt available; had to opt for honey-flavored boba, which was a bit too sweet...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was excited to try this boba shop because all the drinks here looks so good. Atmosphere was really nice! However the service from top to bottom was absolutely horrible! With two people working behind the booth, ordering the drink and getting the drink shouldnāt take longer than 5 minutes. I waited for almost 40 minutes for my drinks because the barista took 5 minutes to make EACH DRINK and I had 4 people in front of me with 2 drinks in their order. I understand itās a new business and itās going to take a while for the order to be made, but when the barista served my drink⦠it was wrong! I expressed my frustration and wanted to speak with the owner but she wasnāt there. I can tell these barista are very new because work station was a complete mess, one barista was on cleaning duty while the other one was making all the drinkā¦. But they keep on forgetting the order and the ingredients of the drink. (My barista kept on forgetting what I ordered when I was ordering too⦠a mango tea with cheese foam!) I really want to support local business but situation like this is...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLITERALLY so much fun options to choose from and the flavors are like no other Iāve had. Thereās many options for every one. From creamy sweet craving delicious milk tea, to fruity refreshing thirst quenching teas, and literally everything else in between. Itās so close to home and I wish I could get a drink from this place EVERY DAY. I come here often and it never disappoints. The lines can be a bit of people but who can blame them when everythingās so good. And the creative seasonal drinks are scrumptious. Especially the seasonal drinks from Halloween season and Christmas timeš. If youāve never had boba, or absolutely love boba. This is a great start, it is THE place to be. The employees are really nice and I love the fun table games for everyone to play. The establishment itself is so cute and aesthetic and from the decorations on the walls and around the boba shop, to the design of the cups and stickers. Iām SUPER PLEASED!šš¾šš¾šššš§š§š§I 100% RECOMMEND, AND WISH ALL THE BEST TO THIS...
