Learn moreyou need to check out all the people who work there and find out how competent the workers you hire are. im actually interested in speaking to a corporate member because this service here is so terrible. my steak and panini has giant onions. there is bacon on my turkey club when i specifically ask for it off. then when i return they mess up my order again by not putting mayo on it. panini bread is charred and different each time i come. barely any flavoring is put in my french vanilla coffee it taste like black. i am not compensated and treated with a very dismissing tone as if i am the one in the wrong when the order is wrong. i am not compensated nor informed that they have no mayo i am just given a dry sandwich. today is the final straw with this tim hortons. i come twice a day with my sibling and everyday they ruin our order or get something wrong when we come through twice a day. i will no longer be patronizing this tim hortons and will rather drive farther to the henrietta location where i am treated with human decency and my food comes the way it should. as a person who also works in fast food the small things really matter so you can imagine how it feels for the customer when they make a large order and arent even given napkins or straws forcing me to ask for them which leaves the workers looking at me like i have 4 eyes as if its a big inconvenience. to give you an idea on how bad this service is take this in to account. i come here 4 days aweek twice a day. before and after school and ever experience is bad. ive been settling because its on the way to my campus but no more. not after i have to go to the drive through 3 times because of human error or just no focus or care its just thrown together. all your machines are broken so no smoothies or frozen lemonades. but this concludes my rant but it should mean something to someone the fact that im even writing this. now this is in the morning and afternoon so all your workers are at fault and im...
Read moreThis is not only the worst Tim's I've been to, but also the worst restaurant in general. I stood at the counter waiting for someone to take my order for about seven minutes and finally a visiting co-worker (who apparently came in just to talk and distract the employees who were on the job) told one employee he should address me. He did, and was friendly, but I asked for a breakfast sandwich and was told there are no eggs. They also didn't have the iced drink I wanted. It takes five minutes to warm up eggs. For the five minutes I stood there watching one of the three employees actually working while the others were chatting they could have gotten more. Then, even though there was only one other small order at the drive thru, it took them fifteen minutes to make everything. They made it incorrectly. It was an easy, normal order of a sandwich, a bagel, and three iced drinks. Another customer came in and he also stood there waiting to be served for five minutes before an employee finally came over. The employee had been standing around doing nothing. The man asked for an egg sandwich. He was told there's no eggs. You're telling me the twenty minutes I've been at this damn place you still didn't make any more eggs? The man, understandably flustered, just walked out. Wish I could've too but I was ordering for someone else. Absolutely...
Read moreIn general, I really enjoy Tim Hortons. I think the fact that you have to specify that you want the meal after you say the number you want is annoying. If it's numbered, that should mean it's the meal just like any other fast food place you go to. They never ask if you want the meal, they assume you don't which I can only assume is policy that really should be changed. That said, I love the food, customer service is usually good and quick. However, this Tim Hortons is the worst one I've ever been to. Every single time I go, the drive thru is an awful experience. Waiting for way too long to be greeted or to receive my order, being interrupted, having to repeat myself six times, it just seems like somehow everytime I go it's a new person or something. I can only hope that's the case because if not... wow you guys really need to go back to the drawing board and retrain your staff. Tonight was just another horrible experience to add on to the rest- switching to a different location from this point forward. Oh yeah- it's also unreal to me that you ask me if I want whipped cream on my hot chocolate, charge me for it and then...
