I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent incident at your restaurant. On July 15, 2024, I ordered and picked up a breakfast wrap for takeout. Upon discovering a metal screw in the food, I immediately contacted the restaurant on that day and spoke with a manager.

Due to time constraints, I requested a refund, which was promptly processed. As I was seven months pregnant at the time, this incident was particularly alarming and upsetting. I am grateful that I used a knife to cut the wrap, as it was not pre-cut, and I may not have noticed the screw otherwise.

Following the incident, my husband contacted the VP of Operations, Mr. JJ Henao, on that same day (July 15th, 2024). Both Mr. Henao and one of the owners, Julie, reached out to me via text message to express their apologies and offer to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, despite their initial outreach, I have not heard from them since.

Mr. Henao had offered my husband and me a complimentary meal, which we were unable to accept due to being away. Upon our return, I attempted to follow up with Mr. Henao on August 5th , 2024 to schedule a visit, but received no response.

The entire experience has left me feeling disheartened and dissatisfied. While we have previously enjoyed dining at your restaurant, I am afraid that we will be unable to return due to this unfortunate incident and the subsequent lack...

My girlfriends who have excellent taste in food & great ambiance -had suggested this sooot for Sunday breakfast ❤️🙏🏻 Love love loved it -from the moment you walk in everyone is welcoming (so much so that even the patrons are in a good mood 😂) staff is attentive, friendly, respectful & kind🙏🏻 Kind is not something you see often-it’s not really trainable 😁 only thing that Iwould suggest is getting a texted when they are ready to seat you-food was excellent Fresh on point cooked to perfection & our waiter made some delicious suggestions-catered very well-I made some swapping requests to my plate, to warm up our Pancakes because we had taken our time w/our fist protein courses yapping away( catching up ) 🙈 he did not hesitate or judge 😂🙏🏻 Thank you ! We will come back & I will bring family & friends (I’m horrible w/names but our waiter was tall black curly hair -we were there 2/4) Ps I just tested their delivery option-of course it doesn’t compare to dining in -breakfast was delicious - Nutella Latte did not taste like yesterday -I would suggest extra love 🙏🏻 Better packaging-then again some curriers have their own...
