One of the standout features of 9 Maple is the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Whether you're a seasoned whisky drinker or just getting started, the staff at 9 Maple will take the time to help you find something that suits your tastes.

These whiskies are a real treat for anyone who loves trying new and unusual bottles, and I was blown away by the complex flavors and rich aromas of each one.
In addition to the great selection of whiskies, 9 Maple also offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere that is perfect for enjoying a drink with friends or loved ones. The bar is well-lit and tastefully decorated, with comfortable seating and a relaxed vibe that makes you want to stay awhile.

Read moreI was trying to squeeze into a spot at the bar to order a drink and a guy sitting at the bar was blocking me and calling me out for cramping his space. Maybe he should have been more polite than to try and impress his girl into thinking he was super manly. I didn’t have enough space to order but he insisted on complaining . I tried to tell the bartender but they said I was trying the start trouble when I just wanted to order a beverage. They then decided they wanted to kick me out of the establishment because of the patron in the beginning. Don’t bother coming here unless you’re ready to be verbally and emotionally assaulted. It’s a small space and you shouldn’t be punished for purchasing a beverage and having to get up close to order. I probably won’t go back since this wasn’t even track season and the demeanor of the bartenders was based on me not looking like I could cover their tip quota.( I was a little sweaty from...
Read moreA short open letter to the staff/management at this very popular local bar following unacceptable service on New Year's Eve: I get that being in the hospitality industry is incredibly stressful at times. Dealing with the public constantly can be a grind -been there, done that, have the t shirts. I get it. But you work at one of the highest priced establishments in town, known for a high quality drink to match that. Purposefully pouring bottom-shelf booze with a totally incorrect mixer, then giving attitude and anger to match for no apparent reason? Not cool, at all. It just does not have to be this brutal for anyone involved outside of track season. Ultimately, if you are staffing a place like this and can't find one ounce, not a shred of either hospitality or civility, it can literally ruin a night for people. Adults are there to find a little pocket of relief from this brutal...
