Pickle plate! PLEASE for the love of God, pickles and all things right in the world, bring the pickle plate back! And never let it leave again! Or just let me buy those containers. Like 5 each!! 10, 20.. they'll keep but no need they will not last. I will eat them all. I need the vinegar vegetables!!!!!!!!

One star deducted for getting rid of the pickle plate and almost lost another bc of the bit of Saratoga attitude from many of the employees. Like I'm inconveniencing you with my order. Their website reads "PROUD TO EMPLOY STAFF FROM DIVERSE LIFE BACKGROUNDS" so that may explain the attitude since they're hired on appearance or "diverse backgrounds" instead of being a solid worker. They know they don't have to try much, their job is secure. Michael, who was there for a few years and has since left, was great. Friendly, funny, great customer service. Haven't been in a while because of no pickle plate and my apparent inconvenient order.

Also they got rid of all previous and great appetizers. Now they have a $14 beef fat fry dish. Uh, no thanks. And with all dietary needs today, you're going to go with meat fries? Where are the perogies? The loaded tots? Deviled eggs? Wings? PICKLE PLATE? And these aren't season changes because of ingredients and sources. Potatoes, wings, eggs, cucumbers, onions, all available year round, everywhere. And you still make the house pickles and pickled onions. So just not enough for sides or apps. Pickling is one of the easiest things to make. Chop, put in brine, done. You need to make a smaller menu or for keeping costs down, which doesn't seem like a factor, they're not cheap, at least have a solid menu of items your customers want. Also the menu needs more explanation. What is "white sauce?" Your "special sauce" is it sweet? Is it ketchup and mayo like every other secret sauce, maybe with a twist? Are the chicken sandwiches breast meat or thigh? Are the fries that come with meals, are they meat fries or regular fries? This seems like a lot, it is. But I'm being specific and over years it just seems like this place is going slowly down hill. Just disappointed. When a good place changes not for the better. And there's nothing comforting about a falafel. HONEST review is...

I want to start this off with I am a person who loves trying new places and sitting inside to eat, but unfortunately most places are too packed, loud and overwhelming for me to sit inside and eat. However, this place was not only a safe and quiet place, but it's a tucked away little sweet place with a couple galleries to walk around before or after you eat, or if there's a wait, or just in general if you are an art enthusiast as myself. There is more than enough seating available. And even some outdoor seating with a little area to move around if you have kids that need to run around a bit or are high energy.

Food wise. I highly recommend the falafel burger and tater tots. They were both super crispy and so flavorful. Not many places can perfect the falafel, however, i think this place has got it figured out! The side portions are on the snaller side. So, I do recommend getting your own rather than getting an order to split, unless you have a more sensitive stomach or fill up quickly, then it is the perfect amount!

The workers were very sweet and attentative if we needed anything.

Overall left happy and fed, and 100% comfortable the...

Our millennial adult kids always insist on eating here when in town, I am still wondering why? It’s a counter service place where the order is placed and you pick it up when called or they bring the styrofoam meals to your table. We had to sit outside in the hall way which quite frankly is unappealing. The food itself is nothing special but expensive what the food and ambiance is provided. The indifferent staff who work there seemed taken aback that we wanted water served and we were told it was self serve. Ok now, what was I leaving a tip for? If eating ordinary not bad but nothing memorable in styrofoam and plastic utensils and cups, fast serve environment, seated in a hallway with staff looking put off by simple requests? Move on and find great food on Broadway at same inexpensive price point seated outdoors at many places, with reasonably good food and service that...

We stopped here on our road trip. The reviews online were raving, so were stoked to check it out. We split a burger and the fried chicken sandwich. The burger was quite good; I loved the grilled onions on top. The fries that came with it were good as well! The fried chicken sandwich was decent for some bites, but dry and flat for others. I definitely would have preferred if they made it with chicken thighs instead of breast, as parts of it fell flat. I wish the fried chicken sandwich breading had more flavor as well; something just felt missing from it. Overall missing a “wow” factor, but not a bad spot by any means

Just ate here for the third time, and just like on our previous visits, the food was delicious and the staff were friendly. This time, however, we had our dogs with us. We weren't sure if we would be allowed to sit down and eat, even on the patio, but we were welcomed warmly! It was such a pleasant surprise and made our dinner that much more enjoyable. The staff even came out to pet them and say hello! We had our dogs lay under the table while we ate, and when we left, the staff said goodbye to us and them. Great experience, definitely coming back!
