So today I woke up and decided I wanted to grab some coffee because I was going to have a very busy day . Upon arriving at Dunkinā Donuts on 2083 park st Syracuse ny .7am I proceeded to go through the drive through there was maybe 3 cars ahead of me , as I sat in line waiting for my order to be taken 2 cars jumped in front of me I assumed they were picking up because they hadnāt placed an order so I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes the line was not moving so I decided to go inside and see if I can just pay that way . As I got inside I could tell the energy was off I wasnāt greeted and everyone had attitudes I politely told the cashier that I ordered coffee and a donut in drive through but was sitting for a while and came in to see if I could pay . She proceeds to say with an attitude she needs a name or she canāt give me anything I let her know that the person who took my order never asked for a name . She then by passes me and takes everyone elseās order behind me . So I ask again if I can just pay for my order she gets mad and says she canāt give me anything without a name I told her if they had asked for a name I wouldāve given it . At this point i can see my order sitting in drive through with the drive through lady . I told them one the order is right there can I pay and go they completely ignored me multiple times then the front cashier goes off and says I shouldnāt have said a mobile order . A mobile order never came out of my mouth I let her know she made a mistake and if she dosent like her job she should get a new one . Her coworker decided to chime in and tell me they donāt have to serve me and I can get out of there store . I told her to leave me alone and that I would be contacting corporate about how I was handled and treated . The lady in drive through took my card and paid for my order she knew what was going on although she didnāt say anything she ended up giving me my drink and donut . I know she didnāt want to risk her job over a simple mistake on her co workers behalf if she spoke out . After receiving my stuff I let them know I would be contacting hr corporate or whoever I have to about what I experienced. the 2 front cashiers laughed and stated they would still have there jobs so it dosent matter . I am extremely disappointed because Iāve never had an issue with that Dunkinā Donuts and itās usually my go to with it being a newer facility but they have definitely lost me as a customer after today Iām very disgusted and disappointed with the poor customer service...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIām writing this for the management, at this point, but what THE HELL. I used to go to this Dunkin a few times a week until a couple of months ago. WHAT THE HECK HAPPENED?! Iāve gone five times since then and EVERY SINGLE TIME Iāve sworn never to go back. I never write reviews. But Jesus effing Christ. The average time waiting at this drive through is no less than TWELVE MINUTES. The longest I have sat there is eighteen. Cars behind me in the cue. I have DRIVEN AWAY. I canāt remember the last time I drove away FROM A DRIVE THROUGH WINDOW. Next, they canāt seem to manage to get the drinks out in the right order? Do they not notice that I CAN SEE the food and drinks going out? By the way they are talking and slapping hands with their customers the drinks are going out they are just NOT GOING OUT TO ME. I wish I had written down the date this happened. It was a Sunday. A black woman, wasnāt wearing her name tag of course. Not young, maybe 30s or 40s. I waited a good fifteen minutes for my order. Didnāt say anything. Didnāt complain. Watched orders go out to other customers inside. And she slapped the drink at me and closed the drive through window without saying a single thing while I said āThank you.ā NO EFFING WAY. Last thing, hilariously, is that none of these times my drink has been right. EVERY single time in the last two and a half monthsāsince January, WHO ON EARYH HAVE YOU HIRED SINCE January?āmy drink I wrong. Iāve got to go to Liverpool to get it remade, making me take EVEN MORE TIME out of my life. This has officially become the Dunkin I will avoid at all effing costs. What the heck. Management, this review is for you. Something has to be done. I go to other Dunkinās and none of them...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI go to this Dunkin a couple times a week and usually they are great. Today I went and got my coffee that I order the same way everyday at any Dunkin and it was not made correctly. I went back inside and politely asked for a new coffee because it just didnāt taste like it usually does. The young lady instantly rolled her eyes and went āwhatās wrong with itā then proceeded to tell me I was wrong and telling me that she was making it the same way and it would taste the same. I said I get this coffee everyday and it never separates or tastes like this. She proceeds to huff and puff and make a big deal over this ask. She said and I quote āyouāre starting to aggravate meā I was never rude and asked nicely. It was a young lady with blonde hair and pregnant. She should immediately get fired. You do NOT talk to people like that nor do you tell a customer they are wrong over and over again. Just simply fix the problem, donāt be a brat. I called after I left asking to speak to a manager and they hung up on me. I will be calling or going in tomorrow to speak to a manager. Iāve been in customer service since I was 16 years old and was disgusted by this young ladies attitude. People like her need a lot of growing up to do. If you do not like working with people then find one where you donāt. Itās that simple. Iām disgusted and still she made my coffee bad and this time on purpose as I watched her do it. Hopefully actions are taken and this woman is written up or fired. I know Iām not the first person she has spoken to like this with how comfortable she was doing it....
