This place is a gem with amazing cookies and handcrafted drinks.They are the perfect combo of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the flavors were so good. I am so glad we got to try the oatmeal raisin cookie because I think it is the best I have ever had! The prices are pretty reasonable considering how massive they are- one cookie can easily be shared! I cannot say enough about the level of professionalism, quality and decadence of everything WCC produces. Chris is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to finessing each menu item and it's clear how much thought he puts into every detail, down to the last ingredient. This is my go-to when I am craving something decadent and it should be yours too! Be warned however, Westcott cookie co has ruined all other cookies and hot chocolates for me, no others can do my sweet tooth justice. I cannot tolerate anything less than the finest. Went to go visit a friend at Syracuse - coldest weekend ever to go, immediately regretted it UNTIL they told me to try this hot chocolate!! What???? Had already made the trip worth it until I saw the spread of cookies on the table. BEST. COOKIES. IN. NY. PERIOD. Next time I go by I’m gonna ask if they can figure out how to deliver to me in NYC.
