You know, I've been coming here for years and never had an issue. The young guys are always very sweet, but today the older man was extremely rude and nasty to me for no reason. I was in complete shock. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a water. The till came to $5. I ALWAYS spend over $10, and today I didn't have cash on me so I hand the man my debit card. He scoffs at me and shakes his head while saying "are you serious? We have a $10 minimum on credit cards." I told him "this isn't a credit card, it's a debit card and I always buy from you guys.." He continues to embarrass me and repeat "the minimum is $10 doesn't matter if it's debit or credit No one should make an exception for you. Next time follow the rules."
Having given Fradeli's my business for years and to be treated that way has really left a bad taste in my mouth. There's a certain way you shouldn't talk to paying customers. Unfortunately after all these years I don't think I'll be going...

A sandwich on a Roll is $7. I ordered lettuce tomato turkey amerIican cheese and salt with pepper and a hint of vinegar. The most I've ever paid for a roll was $5.50 and I still thought that was too much because since the time I've been existing on this earth it has always been 3.50 in the bronx. It should not be this much especially if they're going to give me a rock solid bread for my roll. Its a waste of money ordering from this deli. It's a total rip-off. I assume it wouldn't be so much since this is a good area but clearly it's not. Not even the bronx charges so much. $7 i can buy a sandwich chips and a drink and i wasn't able to buy anything...

I went into this deli not knowing anything about it because I am from upstate NY. I apologize because I didn't know they closed at 3pm and I went in a little after 2pm. I was greeted very friendly and given time to decide what I wanted. I decided on a sandwich and it was DELICIOUS! I have not had a sandwich like that in a very long time. It seemed as if the bread was made there the sandwich I ordered was a turkey with swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayo. The 2 gentlemen was very polite and kind. I highly recommend Fradelis Delicatessen for good...
