Subway — Restaurant in City of Yonkers

Not going to lie with the complaints these people write on this restaurant. THEY'RE SPOT ON. I'm not one to write bad reviews for nothing but this subway is terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes with no body in store while 2 workers where there doing nothing. The manager, I believe, made my sandwich and man it was gross. First off I asked for extra chicken he ignored me and just thew it in the microwave. Which I didnt mind because I probably didn't speak up louder for him to hear. I asked for mayo and hot sauce and for some reason he just threw in ketchup. I told him I cant have ketchup and I never asked for it... so he began to scoop it out with a knife. Again I said I can't have ketchup nor did I asked for it.....He literally began to take the ketchup out with his hands. The point here is not to complain because I didnt get what I wanted but God forbid someone else was allergic to something and scooping the mistake off was something he'd do to someone else. That could go wrong. Someone could've gone to the hospital for there azy act and yes I'm calling them lazy because it's not the first...

I think it was the manager there (guy with tats on his forarm) and he was just rude. 1 he didnt seem to understand English very well. Two I literally pointed at exactly what I wanted on the board. I initially said a egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese. I them changed my mind and said black forest ham egg and cheese. This man just put ham and asked what veggies I wanted. I asked him to put egg and he said that would be extra. I'm sorry the egg in a black forest ham egg and cheese is extra? Argued with him, then finally said just put eggs on I'll pay for it. This guy literally said no hold on, he took 3 of the slices of ham off and tossed them in the trash to add the eggs. No reason for this level of rudeness or...

I usually never write reviews and especially bad ones ... but this has been my Worst subway experience ever !! Very very bad customer service!! Subway should have this store closed !!!! The person or manager Pran doesn’t know how to behave with customers . Not sure why he could not understand that I wanted a 6’ sub in the first place. And he started chiding me when I said I didn’t want bacon on my sandwich. He also didn’t toast the sandwich properly everything felt raw and cold. So could be very unhealthy and the place also felt very unhygienic!!!! I would advise everyone to stay away from this...
