I’ve walked out of this place twice now. Both times the customer service was lacking badly. The first time, my husband and I were the only people in the place and the two girls working there literally didn’t acknowledge us standing there in line for at least 10 minutes or longer but they were busy chit chatting with each other. So we walked out. The second time, we stood in line forever only for them to mistake our order several times and then to tell us they were out of that. And that. And then that. And that too. So we walked out. Bad service and bo flavors available. They should’ve at least scratched them off the menu or mentioned it to new customers coming in. The location isn’t great and there’s nowhere to sit and the place isn’t clean either. Definitely needs new staff or...

This is the 2nd time I've been here.

First time I went, I thought it was amazing! The endless possibilities, the samples offered to guests waiting in line, the option to taste before you pay, and the delicious taste of froyo..

Everyone here is SUPER nice, energetic, and honest. When we asked about a couple recommendations, they recommended us to NOT get something on their menu. I fully trust them and am gracious that working there, they have the honesty to tell me their opinion. The first time I got the animal cookie mix which was amazing!

Normally 21 choices is super delicious and never had disappointed before. Unfortunately I’m assuming it’s just this location but they are out of SO many ingredients and instead of telling you they’re out of something they just double up on the other topping instead of asking, it ruined the yogurt entirely. I realize this sounds annoying but for the price I should be able to be asked before getting an entire mouth full of pretzel pieces and nothing else. These employees were way under staffed, they were set up for failure , however they definitely should have warned us about being out of major components of the...
