Subway — Restaurant in Claremore

So......I lost my bank card about a week and half ago and I'm still waiting for another one. Twice this week, I went through a drive-thru and forgot I didn't have it. Thankfully, I had cash the first time, but not the second. Subway- Place my order and they are working on it, when it hits me I have NO card, only a check. I say see....here is my account, I have money. Of course, they need to call the manager. Manager doesn't answer. They keep working on it and I figured, they are going to take my check. Relief....... Uh nope. Three smiling faces handed my bag and drink to me and said, "It's on the house today." I'm like, oh no...... They insisted. I call Tracy and tell him the story. He helps me in with my bags I take to Mom's house and eats his Philly with double meat and cheese and chips. We already knew he was going back down there. He goes in and found out, the three people working threw their money together to give an almost 30 dollar order! 😭😭😭💜💜💜 How sweet! How precious!

Tracy paid for our food, plus gave them a 10 dollar tip each.

Here lately this place have been awful. I not one to complain but I hope this gets to the owner of this establishment and reach out to me. Your manager have stated that you inform them not to honor coupons because it’s costing you money. If you are not taking coupons please post it on the door and on your google page so you do not waste customers time. I will be calling corporate to report your store because on my app clearly shows that you accept coupons. FYI your bread is old and hard! It’s not worth the $12. You are not the only subway in town and I am a loyal customer that you just lost. I rather make my own sandwich instead of dealing with your awful workers with attitude. Save yourself some money & go get a sandwich from anywhere else, i understand the small amount of meat(8 slices) but literally cant spinach or more than 4 slivers of onion or 6 banana peppers! In a footlong that is a $12 sandwich 🤯, april 26 2024 2nd since last visit i clearly said 6" club extra meat 3x & still cant get it right! I asked 3x & she repeats & still screws up & cost me $10 for extra 6" that'll end up in garbage because its bread will be soggy by the time I'd be able to eat it & i complained & still cant do anything to help your customers this is why your locations are going out...
