Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Georgia

I don’t normally prefer to leave reviews like this but I am now as I feel this location needs to be exposed. I will start off by saying CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!!

I remember when the Hot n Ready pizzas were $5. Now, where I understand, prices change, there should be no reason why the price changes every time I go there. First it was $6.99, then $7.99, then next thing you know, it’s $8.99….. for 2 Hot n Ready pizzas I paid $18?! Like I might as well go to Papa Johns or Pizza Hut and get better Pizza! So the last time I visited this location (a few days ago) I didn’t check my receipt until I was home and instead of 2 Hot n Ready Pizzas the had rung me up for 2 Extra Most Cheese pizzas which were $8.99 a box… I’m so fed up with this location I didn’t even want to waste my gas to get them to fix it. I only know I was unfairly charged because I called another location to verify the information. Basically they ring you up for something a $1 more but give you the Hot Ready which is cheaper that way I’m pretty sure this is how they make their sales look good. I will no longer be going to this location ever again. You should not do your customer this way. Let me end this by saying yes I understand that prices can vary by location but the name does not. Even the women who answered the phone kept telling me that it says Hot nReady on the box….and I had to tell her 3-4 times that it does say hot n ready on the box BUT...

I came to place my order about an hour and 30 minutes before closing time. The front door is locked they are not accepting walk-in customers. the drive-thru has a car sitting instead of just simply pulling the car up so the next person can take their order. they keep one car in the drive thru so everyone behind that one car has to sit for 10 to 20 minutes before receiving any type of service. To make matters worse the phone number to the store is not working. The phone rings but no one answers. I do not understand why they do not instruct the cars to pull up and park? instead they leave the car in the drive through to block the other customers from making their order or even picking up their order is called a drive-through not a drive-sit. when I asked what's going on with the phone the order-taker said the phone is not working. I asked, how long has the phones not been working? She responded, she doesn't know. Then I asked, how long have you worked here? Her response was, I do not know.... So after waiting 30 mins total for my order. She was also the one to hand me my order. No smile.....No Thank you....No words.... Just an awkward stare.....Thanks, De-Ja R. for the lack of care. This was my Second time coming to this location. I said I would NEVER return because of the Customer service experience I received last time(About 2mths ago) I was there from a the most ghetto employees and a male Manager that was totally rude to me when I spoke to him about the unprofessional things that I endured while there! I only came here today because I was in the area and my kids wanted pizza so badly. But there was something different about today. My cashier(well what I thought was just a cashier) was The Sweetest!! She took my order and I received my order prompt and in the time frame she told me it would be ready. She smiled so genuinely while servicing me and the crazy amount of customers she had gotten the entire time while taking their orders and working in the back. She never one time gave us(the customers) a reason to feel like she did not want there. Thank you Shatrese who I know is A Co-Manager there at this location. I will definitely be back and I will not purchase unless she is there! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE DURING THIS...
