I know they just opened, but it seems like maybe a little too early. We sat down and got waited on shortly after. My son orders a drink I order a drink. The server repeats back 1 correct drink and one not correct drink so I correct her. She proceeded to bring back the 1 right and 1 wrong drink and when I correct here again she asks me again what I ordered, so I again show her in the menu what I wanted. (Mind you, she does not write anything down) shortly after a girl walks up with the same wrong order. 1 right drink and 1 wrong drink, I tell this girl we have our drinks but I did not order this one. So she takes it and she ask me what I ordered. So I again for now a third time to a second person tell them my drink. While I’m waiting on said drink a lady (I think a manager) comes to my table and starts asking me about my drink and what I ordered, so I again tell her and show her what I ordered. Shortly after a man comes into the area and is asking people if this is their drink, while it wasn’t what I ordered it was apart of what I ordered (a redbull for the red bull lemonade I ordered) and at this point I was feed up and just told him I would take it but it wasn’t what I ordered. He said oh okay, what did you order. So I AGAIN for a 5th time to a 4th person show him and tell him what I want, he says okay. Shortly after a guy brings the drink to the table. I start drinking it and then my serve comes to the table with another drink that looks nothing like what I had been drinking and what I thought was my drink. She then proceeds to tell me it won’t be on my bill. I said okay. (At this point I’m just irritated) we order our food, it is great no issue there at all. Went to pay, and before I paid I asked to see my receipt, thankfully I looked because the drink she told me I wouldn’t have to pay for (that I did not drink) was on my bill, so I asked her to take it off, she did and then went to pay and her iPad of whatever it was froze and she had to go on the hunt to figure it out. Other than the food and the games everything else seemed like...

We recently celebrated our teenagers 16th birthday at this Dave & Buster’s, and I can honestly say it was one of the most incredible experiences we’ve ever had. The entire staff went above and beyond to make the day not only special, but truly unforgettable for our neurodivergent kiddo and our entire family.
From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such kindness, patience, and genuine care. A huge shoutout to TJ, the event coordinator, who made sure every detail was handled with thoughtfulness and precision. TJ was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and proactive in helping create a sensory-friendly and joyful atmosphere for our child and our guests.
Jackie and Loran, the managers, were also phenomenal—checking in with us personally to make sure everything was running smoothly and that our child felt comfortable and included. Their leadership and compassion were so apparent throughout the event.
We also want to give a heartfelt thank you to Mariah, our server, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and efficient. She handled everything with such warmth and professionalism, making our guests feel welcome and well taken care of.
And let’s not forget Jasmine and Keyanna at the Winner’s Circle! They were so sweet and patient while helping our birthday kid choose prizes—making that moment extra fun and stress-free. Their kindness truly added to the magic of the day.
Planning a party for a neurodiverse teen can be overwhelming, but the Dave & Buster’s team made us feel supported every step of the way. They created a space where our child could just be themselves, have fun, and feel celebrated for who they are.
If you’re looking for a venue that genuinely cares about making every guest feel seen, heard, and special—this is the place. Thank you again to the incredible team. We will now be regulars and you gave us memories we’ll cherish...
Read moreLet’s start from the beginning: spend $50 to load a card up no problem.
Went to get food first: Got told during dinner, we are only allowed 2 drinks per hour after serving us 6 (their math) however their beer keg. (4 drinks) we got 2 beers out of it. So their “policy” she said they had she already broke right off the gate.
Waiter: We were just having fun, laughing. Waiter kept saying do y'all need water, NO WE ARE JUST HAVING FUN, LAUGHING. Apologies for having fun, getting assumed we were drunk is insane. I’m law enforcement, and we all are beyond responsible.
Food: found hair in my burger, and fries. Cold food also.
After talking to the Assistant General Manager, not 1 time but 4 times, first 2 times I was nice. Explaining “hey get you guys just opened might want to fix these issues.”
Bill: Comes out beyond messed up, I’m paying for the other friends food, they paying for mine. A whole BEYOND MESS. So 3rd time having to go to a manager, I’m sorry but I don’t have pity for it. They refused to do their job. They charged me 130$ after “taking off my food with the hair” which MATH AIN’T MATHING. I WAS AT THE BAR CHUGGING DRINKS BECAUSE IT WAS BEYOND ANNOYING, Now TRYING TO GET DRUNK.
Conclusion: They messed up everything, and had disgusting hair in my food, also lying waiter on telling us we can only have 2 drinks per hour. Then getting forced to pay an extreme bill. But at this point I didn’t even care, I just wanted to get out of the place. They couldn’t just drop the bill or give us free game credits for wasting 1 hour of our time. Having to go back and forth on dumb actions. I’m beyond disgusted at the experience.
(There is a photo of how the experience went.) also still have a 50$ gaming card never used. Because they made us not even want to stay and play games THAT BAD… WE DIDN’T EVEN WANT TO STAY,
185$…. Spent to get that… GOOD JOB. Can’t wait to talk to...
