I went here to get a vegan lentil quinoa bowl, and the lentil quinoa bowl with cage-free egg, and I noticed that it said on the board my food was ready. So I go the pick up side and don't see anything there. I'm standing there waiting for 10 minutes, and keep in mind no one has acknowledged me, they finally asked me if I was the to go order, and I said yes. The lady tells me we actually don't have your soups only the soba noodle bowl with Edamame. I asked her if it would be ready soon, and if it was the same price she said yes. I have now been waiting over 30 minutes to get this two soups. I looked at the price and there is actually a price difference. When she finally gives me my food it's now been 45 minutes, I advised her there actually was a price difference with both of my soups. She literally walked away, and didn't say anything. The lady that is on the bagel section tells me are you waiting for someone, I tell her yes the lady that was making my food. She then tells me here is my manager. I then speak to the manager explained to him the situation and tell him the price difference, and he has the nerve to tell me " it's only a few dollars of a difference ", I then tell him yes it is but I'm paying for this food it's not free. Also keep in mind he didn't even apologize. I have gone to different locations, and this is the worse one I have ever been too. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!    Read moreVery disappointed with our recent experience. My husband and I are on the road for work and tried to place an order online, but the system wasnât working. I called the store directly and spoke with a young employee who admitted she didnât know how to take orders because she couldnât log in. When I asked to speak to someone who could help, she abruptly responded, âFine, what do you want?â
I clearly ordered two Pick 2s with the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and chicken & rice soup with chips. She repeated the order back incorrectly as the Grilled Chicken Avocado BLT, and I corrected her and emphasized that we wanted the MELT, not the BLT. She said the order was placed and to come pick it up.
When my husband arrived and even reminded them that we ordered the MELT, they still gave us the wrong sandwichesâthe Grilled Chicken Avocado BLT. By the time we realized it, we were already back on the road for an important job and couldnât turn around.
This level of incompetence and lack of care is incredibly frustrating, especially when the order was clearly stated and confirmed more than once. We paid for food we didnât want and couldnât eat, which is completely unacceptable.

I was horribly disappointed by the service aspect of this Panera. I had a situation that easily could have been remedied, and I would have been sitting here telling you how great this place is. Unfortunately that's not the case :-(
Instead I was surprised by what I ordered, as it was not what I had gotten at other Paneras. When I asked about it, I was met with a snotty attitude. It was semi-rectified, but I just couldn't get over the attitude. I'm sorry that you do it differently than the other Paneras. I thought you were a chain...that you do things the same. Instead of acting pissy, a friendly explanation on how I SHOULD HAVE done it would have been met with gratitude...because knowing I half the battle. But walking out of there, I now KNOW that you're not the only eatery in Clarksville, and it will be a long time before I spend hard earned money to pay your wage!
