If I could give 0 stars, I would. Shame on you, google, for screwing with my most truthful opinion. I order online, delivery- two medium pizzas and their brownie/cookie hybrid. Two hours later, I’m on hold with the store for over 10 minutes, and I decide to drive to the store. They are still working (4 employees hovering over a register, I guess that’s working), but they have the door locked and I am standing out the cold, fuming. Finally, a scared-looking employee comes to the door to ask if I am picking up. I reply that I actually was waiting for a delivery from 2 hours ago, and I’d like to speak with a manager. He promises she’ll be right out. Of course, she is not. Eventually someone lets me in, and I ask for my order, no less than three times before she (manager) understands what I’m asking. I tell her my order has been sitting over an hour and I want to check the pizzas before I leave. She immediately claims they haven’t (BS!), and the tracker lies. Good information for all of you Dominos regulars out there! The pizzas are not correct, they are very lukewarm, and the cheese is congealed, as though it’s been sitting for over an hour (no…couldn’t possibly be…). I ask if she is authorized to issue a refund and am met with a very hostile “Well, why would you need a refund?” Ummm…I just told you my pizzas aren’t right and they are old and cold. She shrugs it off.
Needless to say…don’t go here. Just go anywhere else. Service still matters!! I understand staffing is poor everywhere, but that does not justify this level of service and this level...

The Dominoes app, however is enough to make me not wanna order Dominoes again. The app is awful and needs to be made more user friendly. Because I hadn't used it in a few months, I had my order ready to place when I was made to then go reset my password. Not when I opened the app but after I had went through and was ready to check out. After I reset my password, the app erased the Items I had in the cart to order. So after going back through and selecting my Items, then I had to deal with the coupons and my address, which they already should've had in the account when I reset my password to login. Then I got to the let's ask for just a little more of your hard earned money and donate to St Judes Hospital. This pisses me off. So you collect all this money from people that do donate so you as a corporation can donate the money to St Judes in Dominoes name, so Dominoes gets the credit and the tax break! Meanwhile your customer is doing the good deed and getting nothing for it. All companies do it and that is just one more way big business gets over on the little people by playing on our good nature and willingness to help others. I really do hope Dominoes and all other that ask for more of your money are real proud of themselves. Anyways the food is good but the app is the worst of the pizza ordering apps by a mile. Got no recipe. He didn't ask my name he just rudely walked away..10 minutes later he walks to the register and wow I get a notification that my payment goes through. So here I am still waiting on my bread bites and cheese cup, I look up n everyone had vanished. So after noticing that the mng had stopped throwing things around and slamming things n everyone disappeared I yell hello...my order? The manager comes out the back n looks in the oven and now he has an attitude bc they haven't even put my order in the oven 🤬😡 didn't get an apology for the extra wait..didn't offer me a drink while I wait , and didn't thank me for my business.
