Smoothie King — Restaurant in Clarksville

We went to Smoothie King yesterday, 4/10 around 6:30 pm and upon entering, an employee who was sitting and eating something from another restaurant told us that they were not taking orders due to waiting on something the manager was bringing and that we could come back in about 20 minutes. We went to our car and saw a man that was inside leave with a drink, so we assumed, well maybe they are taking online orders, so we called and a girl answered the phone "hello?" Instead of thank you for calling Smoothie King or anything along those lines, so I asked her if this was Smoothie King, to which she replied "yea dis Smoothie King" and told us that they were not taking online orders either and advised the same eta. Customer Service and professionalism goes a long way. Since the man left with a drink, in not even sure if something was actually down or if they just didn't feel like working. Ordered a smoothie bowl online. Pick up time was 9:26am. I pick up at 9:26am and my smoothie bowl is waiting for me on the counter. I grab it and go. I get in the car and realize peanut butter is missing. No big deal, I go back inside and they add it for me. I leave. Get home and realize my smoothie bowl is a soupy MESS. It looked fine from the top but once I dug into it, it was ALL liquid and disgusting. I always order these bowls and never have had these issues. This was my second time placing an online order and I’m guessing they made it as soon as it was ordered and let it sit out on the counter. SMOOTHIE BOWLS SHOULD WAIT IN FREEZER UNTIL CUSTOMERS PICK UP! I’m highly disappointed because this is my favorite thing from smoothie king and I’ve been loyal since they came out! & what’s up with the huge chunks of peanut butter and chocolate? Theses bowls are starting to look NOTHING like the pictures! Purely false advertising!...

This is the worst smoothie king I’ve ever been to. I order the same thing every time and it never taste the same. There’s always something missing. These smoothies are too expensive for the staff to leave out ingredients. Then there are people working here that can’t stop goofing off long enough or quit texting on their phones to wait on their customers. Three employees, me the only customer, and it was a battle to see who was gonna stop texting, jumping up and down or standing there doing nothing to wait on me. Then they started making smoothies for someone that came after me before they made mine. The bathroom was so dark you could barely see in there. This smoothie king is a big fail and I will never return here. Save your money and go eat sushi next...
