Luigi's Pizza — Restaurant in Clarksville

I really love their chicken alfredo pasta - the garlic bread is to die for, in my opinion. The only thing is that sometimes I'll order extra garlic bread or extra sauce on my pasta and I don't get either. Though, its a small fee it is annoying to pay for these extras and not get it in return. But, I do not blame the staff for this - I'm 100% a couple months ago they were really low on staff. One time I was given the wrong order, I called and politely told them and the manager was soo nice, they even delivered the new order (which A LOT of delivery services don't do. Some of them will expect you to come pick it up.) When I do use takeout instead of delivery from the store, everyone there is so kind. I'd recommend this store to anyone, there may be a mistake or two but they really make up for it with their customer service as of now. To those leaving bad reviews because your delivery took too long, please consider that these are real people with real lives, trying their best under stressful circumstances. A lot of them have no control over certain stuff, and are probably not being paid (managers included) as much as they should. I guess I'm writing this review to let y'all know the food is really good, and also to respect those that work...

This is the only place that will deliver to my home besides woodys and we all know that woodys is nasty. But apparently so is Luigi’s. Over the past 7 years it has taken anywhere between an hour 30 to 2 hours to get a pizza. Even if you click on the “well done” your pizza still comes under cooked. Do you want double toppings? Don’t pay for it because you won’t get it. It’s currently been 1 hour and 47 minutes since I ordered and my order said it would be here 41 minutes ago. I thought that if I left a $20 tip they would be more inclined to get it here more quickly but I was wrong. I’ll just order from Pizza Hut and go pick it up. Higher quality of pizza

Edit Spent 20 minutes on hold trying to figure out where my pizza was and got hung up on after asking where my pizza was. Apparently the girl is having a bad day and doesn’t want to address the inefficiencies of her restaurant

Edit 2 35 minutes later my pizza is delivered. It’s cold to the touch and it’s wrong. How hard is it to put pepperoni, jalapeños and cheese on a medium pizza. I also got a sandwich for Jennifer s. Delivery driver told me he would have to return it so I could...

I ordered a salad for myself and a double pepperoni pizza for my nephews. On top of it taking 19 years to get here, which with free delivery who should complain? The pizza was cold and had the regular amount of pepperoni. I would not have complained but of course at 6 the oldest notices that "This is the same regular pepperoni pizza my momma gets us". I PROMISED HIM DOUBLE. I called and was assured by Bailey it was double pepperoni. I inquired as to how many come on a regular pep. She finally tells me 30 it was 30 on this pizza. She appears to be patronizing me the entire time. Then suggest that I bring the pizza up there so they can replace it. I ORDERED DELIVERY BECAUSE I NEEDED IT NOT BECAUSE IM LAZY! I'm babysitting check your records i normally carryout... Anyways your brought the messed up pizza come get it!. Needless to say I CALLED PAPA JOHN'S LIKE I SHOULD HAVE DONE FROM THE START. They got my nephews a correct better quality pizza in half the time it took Luigi's.

I can honestly and with great pleasure say this will indubitably be my last time ever patronizing this establishment.
