Taco Bell — Restaurant in Clarksville

Avoid at all costs during night shift ! Never again. Contacting corporate about the abysmal food we've got everytime we have given them a second chance !!!

Update: Thursday night, 10:30 PM 10-13:

I told my girlfriend never again after she said "it's closer to home let's give it another shot". Gordita crunch missing it's shell. Lettuce shrapnel and sour cream where old food had been scraped and re wrapped instead of making it fresh. Taco shells literally melted into mush. Greasy wet wrappers. Nachos dumped upside down in the bag, and instead of my nacho fries with the Truff dip, I got an old mushy order of loafers nacho fries ?

Update-Monday night 9:15 8-22:

Decided to give it another shot. On this side of town again and craving Taco Bell. Location was dead again with only one other car in drive through. Got all our items this time but quality was still abysmal. Got chalupas and the shell was inedible. Could tell it had been prepped long before we got there. If they would have put the sauce on them maybe I could have choked it down but ended up scavenging the insides and throwing away the shell. Same for everything else we got. We order no lettuce and by the shrapnel you could tell it had been scraped off our items and rewrapped. Highly disappointed and kicking myself for giving them another chance. Guess I'll just eat the time difference next time and drive to the Riverside location.

Surprised it was dead at 2am on a Saturday. After tonight though, I think it might be because everyone is frequenting the quality Taco Bells on Madison Street, and to a lesser extent Ft. Cambell Blvd.

What food we did get (missing three items) was poorly assembled and missing half the ingredients. And for some strange reason everything was just obnoxiously drenched in liquid cheese.

I give a lot of leeway when places are covered up with people and trying to pump out as much food as possible, but there was literally no one else there and the pick up rack had no tickets: this behavior is just...

So, i live not too far from this particular location, and it is nice to grab some grub for the family and take it home to not deal with the hustle and bustle for a night. Now again, i live 3 MILES away. I have given this place more than enough grace, and shrugged it off more than once. Everytime i get food here, we are either missing something, got something extra, or the food is all messed up....tonight i spend almost 50$ there and just about everything with the exception of the cinnamin twist is poor. The soft tacos ALWAYS are a pure mess and dripping with grease as if they have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours, to the point that the actual wrapper is saturated in grease! The nacho fries were soggy as all get out. Also, the tea is ALWAYS sour... Id bet money everything is made in advance and set under heat lamps... The mexican pizza was in shambles and all the ingredients are always on one side of it or the other. The quality of this place is piss poor and needs upper management to step in. Now i dont want to hear anything about the ride home nor duration, but i re-itterate, i live a straight shot and a whole 4-5 min from the drive through exit, so ride and duration is NOT in the equation of quality. This Taco Bell is absurd. The employees are normally quite friendly, but again, quality of food and presentation is just sad to say the least. I will not be giving the benefit of the doubt anymore nor will my family ever return to this particular location. If you have a late night craving for this classic fast food taco joint and are expecting the time tested, mouth watering food.....i emplore you to reconsider this one... Horibble and...

Ordered on the taco bell app for delivery.. usually don't have any issues but tonight they did not give me all of my order.. trying to dispute on the taco bell app is a joke. Even though the delivery comes by door dash, if you order directly in the taco bell app, you have to dispute thru the taco bell app and all you get to do is leave "feedback"... so, no refund, no resolution.. so I called this location.. whoever this jerk was that was the "manager" at this Wilma Rudolph location on Friday 3/29/2024 10:00pm, would not tell me his name, basically said for me to kick rocks and to leave his staff up to him.. at the point of the call, I didn't even care about the missing food.. the money is so not even worth it, I really wanted the food I ordered AT THAT TIME, but I could care less about anything else when calling besides making sure the "manager" could please be more involved with his stoner staff line cooks to make sure nobody else gets jipped like this going forward.. after this "manager" was unable to find my order, claiming I MUST have ordered at a different location, defending his stoner friend line cooks, I provided the exact order number, which he found, and then started to say I could drive all the way in there for them to remake the order.. I'm sorry, ill pass on the extra spit nachos, thank you.. i would bet a hundred that these stoners just ate the food because it was a delivery and nobody at the drive through.. yall think we're stupid.. this location SUCKS.. ALL of Clarksville fast food is nothing but lazy stoner kids with no manners and NO LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT. AVOID...
