I have had several bad experiences at this location. I have not been there for a few months until tonight. I ordered a number 2 large. When I got my food my fries were cold. I went to hand the girl back my fries and asked for hot ones. She told me she couldn't take them back and for me to pull up. When I got my fries 5 min. later, they were a medium. I told her I ordered a large. She said "you did". I am still waiting for my large fry. The manager on duty was walking into the building when I told him I have been waiting for 10 minutes for a large fry. That was the last I saw of him until I pulled around to the window. I asked for my large fry and he said I got them. I told him I got a medium. I was asked for my receipt. When the MOD saw it should have been a large he asked for the medium fry back. I told him the girl said she couldn't take them back and he replied "I will". I put the bag through the window then I was accused of throwing the bag. The MOD said he would come to my job and throw something at me. After all of this I finally got what I paid for. If I would have gotten my food (fries) hot the first time, none of this would have happened. I got no apology for the cold fries nor for the wrong size fries. And they wonder why I was mad. I will drive a few minutes up the road to the Burger King or Wendy's...
Read moreI visit this McDonald's quite a bit, as it's not far from work. The workers are very courteous and competent. I've only experienced one mistake with a mobile order out of many many times that I have gone. The staff that brings you your orders are friendly and helpful. The food is mostly hot and delicious, and what you'd expect at McDonald's.
More frequent table cleaning would be great. It would also be nice if all the kiosks worked simultaneously and consistently. The bathroom is clean most of the time, though I don't care for facilities with no paper towels to dry my hands and grab door handles. I generally take some napkins in for that purpose. The only other real gripe that I have is that the 5 spaces for curbside are WAY TOO TIGHT. In my opinion, they could just get rid of one without affecting service needs, and the extra space would be appreciated by the ones who actually do use the spaces.
For as busy as the place stays, some outside tables would be nice (though I don't know where they'd put them) for a different ambiance.
All-in-all, I think that it's the service that makes this location stand out a little. It does get very busy, especially before and after high school and during rush hour, but they handle things...

I arrive about 10:40 or so to take advantage of the signature sandwiches they have newly introduced I'm super excited because co workers have talked about it all week and this amazing deal they had running until May 8th which is today. I order and I am asked do I want the combo....heck yeah I want the combo! I look at the screen and I see I'm being charged I inquire about the deal I had heard about at work the free medium drink and fries with the purchase of a signature sandwich????? The gentleman told me to hold as he I guess asked came back and said "I'm sorry that was only one day....." Mind you I'm looking at a sign clearly offering this deal for this week only with the last date being 5/8. I say okay thank you get to the window to get the food and just can't quite let the incorrect information told to me rest. I inquire again with a different employee who goes to also "find the answer" and come back to the window to politely say "I'm sorry that ended sun," REALLY???? My advice: Get...
