Trash.. do not waste your money here. We immediately felt unwelcome, and sadly, it felt racially charged. I don’t know if it was the color of my skin or if we tried to seat ourselves because no one was willing to seat us, but the service was hostile and the food was literally a microwave meal. We are local and thankfully we have not had to encounter a lot of racial profiling in our small town, but it really felt like our presence was a burden, especially when we brought up the state of our food. As you can see from the attached photo, my wife’s my pasta was SWIMMING in pesto with raw tomatoes sprinkled on top. She couldn’t even stomach one bite. When we kindly brought it up to the manager, we were rudely told “well don’t worry about paying for it but just so you know this is how we always serve it and I guess everyone is different” as if we were worried about paying for it.. almost accusing us of bringing to her attention to try to get out of paying for the dish. Apparently this is how they always serve their pesto sauce dishes. This place charged us $80 for two people.. not including the inedible pasta, but they did charge us $7 for the small side salad that would have been included with the pasta, which equals the price of the full size dinner salad. My advice to you, go anywhere else.. literally go to DQ. It’s right down the street and much more worthy of your time and money. Or go ANYWHERE in Roslyn and you won't be disappointed.. I really don't understand how people are giving this place 5 stars, but as the manager said "I guess everyone is different..." Hello!? @ChefRamsey?! We have a kitchen nightmare in Cle Elum!

If you want to stop and relax, away from a crazy world, and be served by a well trained staff, and eat delicious food, this is it. The sauce in the clam appetizer calls for you to also order their woven garlic bread for dipping. I was in the mood for a salad for dinner and had the Cobb, oddly enough deciding to try their thick balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and I liked it! My wife had what she said was the best vegetable lasagna ever. Desert was triple berry crisp for me, served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. She had the peanut butter pie (had chocolate too!) and took must of her pie home - we were pleasantly full. Bathrooms were clean, restaurant was clean, and had a bar area that can seat a couple folks. A great sign: those in the kitchen could be seen enjoying their work there. No wonder than that the food was that good. Thank you for persisting in making good food with a friendly staff. We'll be back to try what I expect to be really good pizza's and steaks. NOTE: Photos of their restaurant were as we left - they had closed for the night. When we arrived on a Friday night it was packed and we had to wait for a table. It is worth waiting for a table.

My wife and I wanted to share our beautiful experience last night at Beau’s restaurant! We had the pleasure meeting Beau and his beautiful wife, Alyssa, who both co-served us our meal. They sat us by the fireplace, which was very romantic, as it was our first time eating there. We just got married this last June 11th of 2023 & we were Jr High Sweethearts, who met at 14yrs & 15yrs young. Come to find out, Beau & Alyssa were also just married one week after Kerri & I, in June 2023.. We just built our new house in Easton, so it was our official first night out on the town, after having lived in Kirkland 32yrs. Beau and Alyssa, both were very warm, welcoming, charming & attentive to our needs, they gave my wife & I a beautiful experience. We will go back again & again, I have a feeling that they will become longtime friends of ours! Thx 🙏🏻 so much Beau & Alyssa, we appreciate both of you so much for your hospitality, we look fwd to seeing you again in the near future ♥️

TLDR: Food is great but service was horrible (including getting a reservation a week in advance inspite of having an almost empty restaurant while we walked in)

Recently we stayed at Cle Elum and Beau's was highly rated on yelp. We wanted to make a reservation since we were a party of 8. We called 10 days in advance and the person on the call refused to give us a reservation for 8 members. She said they can accomodate max 4 and no more. Fair enough we assumed they might be sold out well in advance and hence cannot accomodate us. We requested her and mentioned we are okay with splitting the group as well but she just refused to reserve a table of 8 stating they want to keep a few tables open for walkins - this is fair as well. Finally i reserved a table for 4. We called on the day of (Saturday) for dinner around 7:30pm and asked if all 8 of us could stop by and dine in if there was availability. The person on the call said they were extremely busy and had no tables available and were completely booked for the night. Since we had a reservation for 4, we headed there while the rest waited outside. To our surprise when we walked in more than half the restaurant was vacant with nobody seated. We were shocked and asked the host if they can now accomodate our group of 8 on 2 separate tables since the restaurant does not seem busy at all. The host refused to seat the additional 4 folks stating she wants to keep those tables for walk-ins. Well werent the 4 additional folks technically walk-ins? Finally another lady hesitantly gave us a table for 4! Once we were seated, again the host comes back to tell us how we cannot occupy those tables since they want those to be free. Free for whom? Who are u seating there if not ur customers? All this drama inspite of having more than half the tables vacant. Seriously? For the hour that we spent at this restaurant the tables continued to be vacant so there were no reservations for a later time. Also i believe this restaurant does not take reservations post 8pm (as was told to me). Finally the host let us sit there after a lot of back and forth.

Now coming to the food - here is what we ordered and loved everything. Food was delicious. Loads of options for our vegetarian friends as well. Appetizers: Caprese ( excellent) and garlic knots ( great) along with clam chowder (great) Pasta: Cajun Shrimp (the best i have ever had the spices and creaminess of the sauce just elevated the flavors), wild mushroom marsala (delicious) Pizza: we ordered a veggie pizza with mushrooms spinach and spicy sauce and it was divine Cocktails: loved the peachy cocktail and their collection of wines

After stuffing ourselves with so much food we had no place for desserts (unfortunately). Ambience is also very nice. Loads of seating indoor and i believe they close their outdoor seating during winter. Service was slow but food was great. All in all we did not enjoy the way we were treated at this restaurant so we will not come back here again no matter how good...

I wish I could say something nice but I can not. I rarely leave negative reviews but feel people need to know how this establishment treats some people. I have visited this establishment twice over the last 6 years. The first time is just a so-so experience so we gave them a second chance. The second visit (pre-covid) was actually terrible.

After a long, hard day we decided to treat our family and a friend to dinner. We arrived early for dinner at about 5PM. We were only the 3rd table seated at that time. Our waitress was sweet and took our drink order. A couple more tables were seated and she came and took our order which was pizza and an appetizer. From there we waited over an hour for our order. We ordered a second round of drinks and nicely asked about our food at about 40 minutes of waiting. We were told it was coming. During this time others had been seated and served. Another 20 minutes passed and I got up to inquire again. The lady that owns the business told me that I needed to be patient. I inquired why other tables had been seated, served, and had left yet we still did not have food. She said it was about when we ordered. I reminded her it was over an hour ago that we ordered pizza and she rolled her eyes. Our 3 and 10-year-old had been sitting quietly playing the entire time. Finally our 3-year-old needed to walk around so our friend and him walk to the opposite side of the restaurant away from others. The owner immediately walked over and told them to sit down and be patient. They never offered us anything to pass the time but did stare at us whenever the kids wiggled or acted as if they would get out of their seats.

In the end, we watched 5 different tables get seated, order, and leave before we had food. We also watched multiple take out orders leave. This was hands down the worst service we have ever had at a restaurant. This was all on the woman owner and not our server. Our server seems extremely uncomfortable with the entire situation. Sadly when I described my experience to some others I have found that this has been the experience of many in...

The place seemed to be hopping, but the only real bright spot was the hostess, I believe, who took the time to chats with me during my 45+ minute wait and then returned my motel key which I had dropped.

We are self employed, had had a ten+ hour day of driving and meeting with clients...and were starved.

I went in personally to ask about if an entrée could by customized due to some serious health problems my husband is affected by.

The waitress went back, spoke with the chef I presume as I couldn't see anyone besides the young lady. She assured me there would be no problem with my order.

I paid upfront, included a tip in good faith, and asked how long the wait would be. "Twenty minutes". I was not offered a beverage or a spot to sit, but found a spot near the door to the restroom - within earshot of the kitchen and cold air from the front door.

Within minutes I was told " 45 minutes". I asked for as quick as possible with a smile.

Again, hostess came over to share that it would be just a few more minutes. I observed the chef placing a to go order on the counter, wondered if I should check it, decided against it due to exhaustion and the amount of time we had already waited.

Minutes later, no motel key, and a very upset husband as the no dairy, no peppers, no onions, marinara only on the side had not be relayed apparently when the order was received.

Key was returned to our motel, my husband returned his dinner to the restaurant, informed them that my order was placed incorrectly, and that he could not eat it. When asked if they could re make it he said no thanks and left. It was closing in on 830pm by now.

Waiting to see how much my credit card...
